We had a hard time finding the garage entrance with our rental car, the receptionist met us in the street go guide us in. Staff was very friendly, the room spacious and quiet. Great option for us travelling with 2 dogs as the staff and residents were very welcoming to them.

Good base for exploring Paris

Hard to find as the internet address was out of date, but good once found. Plenty of room, well equipped, and handy for the metro. Sunday market and supermarkets nearby.

The area the hotel is in is a very rough and ran down neighborhood. It is approximately 30 min away from the main attractions of this city. When we arrived, which was about 10pm, the room was not ready due to “flooding issues” then when I called Expedia to assist, the hotel said it was finding another room and it would be a 15 min wait. We waited another 40 min before we got our room. The rooms themselves, are ok. Not bad. The location is scary, but was well lit and the people around seemed to be friendly. Management was very friendly overall.

The property is a senior apartment homes that rent the available units. The room was actually a studio apartment that has a small kitchenette, and even a laundry machine. The property is located close to a metro station that takes you in about 20 minutes to Paris.

Das Apartment war sehr gerĂ€umig und besser möbliert als es der Preis erwarten ließ. Auch das Bad war sehr gerĂ€umig (Behindertengerecht). Leider fehlt es an Geschirr und GlĂ€sern in der KĂŒche. Die Anreise mit PKW und der Check-In war etwas kompliziert .. das "Hotel Zenao" ist mit einem (so vermute ich) Seniorenheim (Obeo Resindences) identisch und kein Hotel im eigentlichen Sinn. Die Zufahrt zur engen Tiefgarage und auch den Eintritt ins "Foyer" erhĂ€lt man nur mit einem PIN-Code, ParkplĂ€tze in den Strassen zu finden ist absolute GlĂŒckssache. Das Personal spricht nur in AusnahmefĂ€llen etwas Englisch. Doch die Metro-Station liegt quasi vor der HaustĂŒr und man ist in 15 Minuten in der City.

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s et on nous a donnĂ© une clĂ© qui n’ouvrait pas la porte donc aprĂšs un long trajet nous n’avions pas besoin de ça. Le problĂšme a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ© le lendemain. Il y avait des dĂ©tecteurs de mouvement pour la salle de bain et c’était tout sauf pratique car vous prenez votre douche et d’un seul coup vous ĂȘtes dans le noir!! Il faut ouvrir le rideau de douche pour avoir de nouveau de la lumiĂšre. Vu que vous avez juste le rideau de douche vous avez Ă©videmment de l’eau de partout dans la salle de bain. C’est quand mĂȘme n’importe quoi ce truc!! Vous avez aussi potentiellement la lumiĂšre qui peut s’allumer en pleine nuit si jamais vous avez un Pied qui dĂ©passe du lit
gĂ©nial Ă  3/4h du mat d’avoir la lumiĂšre en pleine gueule!! Déçus de notre location!! Le quartier pas ouf du tout donc on ne recommande pas vraiment cet appart hĂŽtel!
