My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The property is in a safe, quiet, yet easily accessible location. Our room was comfortable and had what we needed. There was an odour in the hallway to our room the first couple of days but eventually it went away. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay!

Great last minute Paris find! Our room was tiny but worked for a few nights. Lorenzo at the front desk was very helpful answering our questions. Clean space and close to a great part of the city. If breakfast was a little cheaper, we would have partaken in the hotel’s offerings.

This is the perfect Paris hotel, provided room size is not your #1 criterion. It's clean, comfortable, well-located, remarkably affordable, has an extremely courteous and attentive staff, and even serves an outstanding breakfast. I honestly have nothing but praise for everything about this hotel. The only tradeoff is that the rooms (and bathrooms) are small. Not so tight you can get around, but maybe only 50-70% the size of a typical hotel room. If you're willing to compromise on size, if's hard to do any better than Hôtel Fior D'Aiza.

Lovely hotel in a great area in Paris, it's in a great location for walking to sites or getting public transport. The room was small but it was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
