Just leaving from a great 3 night stay. Loved the decor downstairs, really beautifully done. The light show was a highlight. The fragrance throughout the ground floor was stunning! My family made excellent use of the pool. The children swam every day after we'd been to the parks. My daughter also enjoyed the inflatables outside. Breakfast buffet was great and fully stocked. All staff we interacted with were lovely and helpful. Room was very spacious for a family of 5. Would stay again.

Obviously the continental breakfast was superior to the English breakfast on offer but there was plenty of choice and the coffee was delicious! Staff were really helpful and knowledgable And the building was lovely We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely chose for our next Disneyland visit.

We had a great stay at the Grand Magic Hotel\. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The free shuttle bus to Disneyland is a great bonus, although it can get very busy on the return journey from the park, so be prepared or consider the 30 -minute walk if the weather is nice. Overall, a lovely hotel and we’d happily stay again.

Our room was clean. The safe and 2 of outlets weren’t working but everything else was great. The room was spacious enough for 2 adult and 2 teenagers. Our room had a queen bed and bunk beds. We had breakfast included the mat was really useful. We ate at 7am on 2 morning and the restaurant was relatively quiet but on our last morning we ate at 9am and it was chaos but all of the buffet stations were well stocked. We used the shuttle bus but had to get an uber twice due to high demand. We stayed for the fireworks and ended up getting an uber (€18) back to the hotel as the line for the bus was huge. BE WARNED do not rely on taxis outside of Disney as there were many obvious scams going on. One family were being asked to pay €45 to get back to a hotel next to Grand magic, either use the shuttle or a ride share service.

Solid option for a more budget-friendly hotel close to the Disney parks. Cooked breakfast options were not great and the restaurant felt very much like a canteen in the morning. Rooms require more sound proofing with kids running around, however the beds are extremely comfortable and the decor is tasteful whilst still being magical for children. Great that the busses run so regularly throughout the day. Parking should not be charged. There are other ways to make sure only guests are parking with number plate recognition. This was expensive when staying for 4 nights.

We enjoyed our stay, albeit most of us were hardly in the hotel as we were mostly at the parks but the rooms were clean and adequately presented. Some of the light fixtures in some rooms didn’t work and the end of our hairdryer fell off but it’s still worked. The service at the bar was incredibly slow in the evening but apart from that all staff were super helpful. There’s been reviews about the room security deposit but not a problem for us. The hold was kept on the card for a couple of days after leaving and then released. Would use this hotel again.

Clean and tidy rooms and the staff were extremely helpful. Only downside was that the pool was very cold and the breakfast was extremely busy but thats understandable for the capacity of the hotel.
