Obviously the continental breakfast was superior to the English breakfast on offer but there was plenty of choice and the coffee was delicious! Staff were really helpful and knowledgable And the building was lovely We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely chose for our next Disneyland visit.

We enjoyed our stay, albeit most of us were hardly in the hotel as we were mostly at the parks but the rooms were clean and adequately presented. Some of the light fixtures in some rooms didn’t work and the end of our hairdryer fell off but it’s still worked. The service at the bar was incredibly slow in the evening but apart from that all staff were super helpful. There’s been reviews about the room security deposit but not a problem for us. The hold was kept on the card for a couple of days after leaving and then released. Would use this hotel again.

Clean and tidy rooms and the staff were extremely helpful. Only downside was that the pool was very cold and the breakfast was extremely busy but thats understandable for the capacity of the hotel.

Room 1211 we checked in late after spending a full day in the parks to wake up and see what can only be described as a poo smeared stain on the carpet which looked uncleaned and had gone un noticed by the cleaners. We informed reception about this as soon as we saw it and they looked at the picture they knew it looked like poo but said it was probably a coffee stain which is definitely wasn’t, they cleaned but it was still very much there so we had to keep out pram over the top of it to avoid our toddler treading on it. Otherwise the hotel was nice, breakfast was good enough.

Basic room and bathroom but clean. Pillows are a joke! Bar is odd - you have to que up and go to the side to get served - ie they won’t serve you from the bar stool !! Breakfast is very busy, food is ok. Staff try hard in which must be a difficult job as most people are like locusts running around the food area like a race track. Not the best experience but that’s not the hotels fault. Lights in the evening are nice so is the entertainment for children.

The hotel was nice, room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff were all so friendly. The food was okay wish they had more vegetarian options. If you want to visit Disney this hotel is close by but if you want to watch the lights display in the evening I would suggest not staying here as there is only one shuttle that comes and is for all four hotels close by and very hard to get on in the evening.
