Great hotel with free shuttles to disney running all day. The bar is expensive and the food choice isn't great so we just ate out instead.

The room release broken not able to make calls for room service or the front desk, the bathtub was not adequate for 3 seniors to bath it was too high and unsafe especially when the shower door switch’s so the water coming out of the shower head spills to the floor and one can fall trying to get out of the tub that’s too high. Complaint was made to have our refund to move to another Disney property and Pamela and Emma in the front desk were not cooperative. No courtesy shuttle to the airport guest have to pay $24 euro per person it should be an amenity by Disney because taxi is an average of $105 each way into Paris every expensive. Breakfast is not really free when dinner price is $35 pp. at the end the breakfast is charge on the expensive dinner price. The lobby bar area to buy water bottles or soda close at 11pm. No ice casino ice buckets in the room and no soap!!!! No soap bar to wash your face etc. No extra towels even thou I asked the house keeping crew.

Lovely clean, convenient for DLP. Swimming pool is lovely although changing facilities limited. Hotel provides towels. Breakfast has a variety of offerings but gets quite busy. The buffet restaurant on an evening was excellent and good value compared to bar prices or Disney meals/buffets.

Beautiful hotel. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great shuttle bus service to and from disneyland Paris. Comfortable beds and good sized room. Would definite book again.

On arrival the hotel is great, lovely reception area and in the Summer i’m sure the outdoor pool area is great. However some not so great areas. The room temperature was so hot and even with the air con on it wasn’t so effective. The indoor pool was freezing cold so only used it once. The bar area is quite small, so each time we went down there was nowhere to sit as some groups had taken all chairs so just tables left. Breakfast was chaotic each morning. Food running out, used dishes piled high on used tables and staff having to move people between restaurants. Don’t know why they were not just cleaning away dirty plates to make new clear tables?! The worst thing was whoever was responsible for moving glasses/bottles from rooms. On arrival there was a vodka bottle (with vodka in on it) and used glasses/beer bottles in the corridor. Still there 3 days later after it was moved to end of corridor. This is glass and alcohol in a family hotel with kids coming up and down the corridor. The attention to detail on service leave a a lot to be desired which is a shame as the hotel is good value, close to Disney and is a nice one if it had better service.
