The property is in a great location, just a five-minute walk from the subway, and the breakfast offers a good variety of options.
However, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues with the staff and service.
1) The front desk staff were neither friendly nor professional. When we asked about the possibility of checking in two hours later to access our room, the response we received was rude and unhelpful.
2)Additionally, when we arrived in our room, we discovered that the coffee machine was not working. We reported this issue to the front desk right away, but no one came to repair or replace it during our four-night stay.
3) To make matters worse, the hotel charged us €67.60 without any explanation, and we had to repeatedly call to try to resolve the issue.
Overall, due to the poor service, unprofessional staff, and unexplained charges, I would not recommend this hotel.
