Location is very convenient for all types of transport, just right in front of gare du nord. So many options for dining, staff very helpful and nice. We were given the room even before the check in time. Breakfast is very good! Will be coming back in the future.

Location, location, location. It is right across the Gare du Nord. Easy access to all forms of transportation, including buses, Metro, trains, and the Eurostar to London. It is a very short walk to various restaurants, bakeries, etc. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel provides basic amenities in the bathrooms. The breakfast is essentially a continental breakfast. If you are looking for convenience, I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. Very close to the station. Close to so many restaurants and fast food chains. Our room was clean and the room was quiet enough compared to the area we were in. The only downside was the outside area of the hotel. It was dirty and unsafe. But i would still choose this place since it was very close to the train station

Comfortable beds, room was spacious enough for three adults on a weekend away. Bathroom door didn’t close well, shower ceiling had some stains, and you had to push/pull a bit to open/close the front door. This wasn’t an issue for us personally, but do note that the lift is not wheelchair accessible. We booked this hotel to be close to the station as we had a train to take very early in the morning, which this was perfect for.

Stayed with my two jetlagged children. Fabulous, relaxed, multilingual staff, easy helpful check in, delicious breakfast, great shower, comfortable bed, and located directly opposite Gare du Nord, with transport on the doorstep. Recommended!

In overall it was a pleasant stay. Room and elevator was quite small but acceptable. In overall most staffs were friendly and helpful, even there was one lady offered us their special fruits during breakfast. It was just one receptionist, he was quite cocky and not friendly. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, WE CHECKED IN THE HOTEL FOUND IT DIRTY AND ROOM SMELLS A VERY BAD ODOR 😕, WE CHECKED OUT IMMEDIATELY. AREA IS DANGEROUS IN THE NIGHT TIME. STAFF DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND LOOKS LIKE A MAFIA. STAY AT NOVATEL SUITS VERY GOOD HOTEL. AVOID TIM HOTEL.
