The resort was lovely, felt safe & family friendly with lovely natural surroundings. Spacious and comfortable rooms, with lovely kitchenette. The only down side were the shuttle buses to Disneyland Paris were not as frequent as expected.. The television did not have any internet/phone mirroring options. Overall a lovely and great stay

Felt really safe in this area travelled with a small child and was able to utilize the hotel shuttle to get to Disneyland and train stations. The bus stop is right outside the property as well easily accessible and able to get to the shopping areas or Disney freely and safely

A great, beautiful, modern, clean hotel. Friendly staff, very clean, and helpful. Delicious breakfast with many options, worth the extra money to pay. Kid friendly. Close to Disneyland as well, around 10 min ride with a car. Highly recommended.

Stayed here with large family group for weekend in a villa. Great accommodation and the free buses to Disneyland are great. Also used car charger. Staff really responsive when asked to fix a/c. Only slight negative was the cleanliness of the property whilst initially looked good if you move anything like a bed, table or a sofa it’s obvious that these are not moved for cleaning.

-Nail clippings in the bedside table -Shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold and changed every 10 seconds -window didn’t close properly so all we heard were ducks early in the morning -hair in the bathroom sink on arrival -food was not good value for money -table service was poor

Pool area is great. Lovely surroundings. Rooms spacious and well appointed , clean on arrival. Understand it’s an aparthotel so no cleaning but really should empty bins as there is no obvious place to take rubbish. Could also do with groceries available on site rather than just drinks and snacks. Shuttle bus spot on and really convenient. Overall we had a great time just a few little suggestions would have been really beneficial for us!

Good stay - but cold shower

Great hotel - bed was quite high up but didn't really impact us. The hotel shower kept going cold while in use (seems to be connected to everything else in the hotel). That was the only downsideI can think off.

Hot water supply is basic but it was failed

The hotel and room looked like in good shape. Parking area was good. But the hot water supply for showering was not stable - this was the most annoying issue during my stay, given that the weather in April is usually cool / cold at France. I have changed the room, the issue was still happened. It seems that the water pressure might be generally not strong enough for all rooms. And due to thus key issue and other minor issues, I think the money paid was not deserved.

スタッフもすぐに対応してくれるので良心的でした。 シャワーは全部蛇口を開けると宿泊部屋数の影響上、冷水になるので適度に開ける必要があるとのことでした。 ランドリーは入れる時間帯があるみたいなので当日のスタッフに確認してください。 ドミトリーみたいな感じなので寝巻きや歯ブラシ等は持参する必要があります。 無料のシャトルバスはこの口コミ投稿時点で40分に1本といった感じでした。時間帯によっては増便されるそうで開園時刻間近でも人が多すぎて乗れないことはないのでどの時間帯でも安心して乗れました。 また無料のシャトルバスを乗り過ごした場合は、近くに有料のバス停があるのでそちらを利用することをおすすめします。 事前に対象のバス停名とそのバス停を通る便の確認をすることをおすすめします。 施設内に軽い軽食等は売ってますが、完璧に揃っているのは駅の方なので調達はそちらでした方がおすすめです。
