After an overnight flight from New York, my husband was quite ill and was badly in need of a bed. The hotel staff - because we did arrive at noon - insisted there was ‘nothing available in our category until 2pm) and so we had no option but to pay an additional 75 euros for a Club Room. Hard to believe they couldn’t have accommodated us. Additionally, we were overcharged by $240 USD upon check out.

I have stayed here many times and like the convenience of being in the airport terminal itself. But I had two problems during this stay; 1: I arrived at about 8 PM and there was a long line to check in, even for Bonvoy Gold. 2: My room had a strong cigarette smell. If I wasn't so tired, I would have changed rooms.

It is very conveniently located at terminal 2. The rooms are not great and the special club is rather scant, but being at the airport makes those 1 days layovers much less stressful. The breakfast is great if one has time to participate.

Hotel very conveninet, only one actually inside the airport terminal (others are close by and train/walk). Good size room, shower and bath, well insulated, no airplane noise. Room old, needs updating. Shower poor, ran hot then cold - needs thermostat control. No useful power outlets or USB. No bedside clock. No hotel or room service info in room, no wifi note (but did manage to access). Kettle didn't work, took a while to get a replacement.

The staff were great and very accommodating. The property needs a renovation, my room had hairs on the counters and stains on the carpet, I didn’t want to be barefoot. Clearly this is a busy hotel due to its location, but needs to be better cared for.
