I can’t say enough about this hotel. It was clean. Staff were super nice. Very helpful. Being predominantly English speaking, it was a smooth interaction with the staff. Perfect location away from the tourists. Convient to the metro that takes you into the heart of Paris. I will definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

My spouse and I stayed at SĂ©jours & Affaires Malakoff for three nights. It was a perfect location with easy access to public transit, including the subway. The centre of Paris is only minutes away, without the nosebleed prices in the heart of Paris. We didn't feel like the location was a compromise and having previously stayed in the heart of Paris on many occasions truly enjoyed the community vibe of Malakoff. As for the hotel itself, it's a mixed bag. On the positive side, staff at the hotel were friendly and very accommodating. Our room had the most comfortable bed; I've stayed in many hotels and for me this was near the top in comfort. The room had a great balcony as well, spacious and inviting where we could sit back and truly enjoy a glass of wine away from the tight surroundings of the room. On the downside, the hotel room was a bit tired, very basic and in definite need of a refresh. It had a bit of a dorm room feel. Although we had a small kitchen area, it wasn't particularly well equipped. Most notable, on our first night there we picked up a bottle of wine, and it being France, was corked. It being France I assumed the room, equipped with a kitchen and wine glasses, would also have a corkscrew. Nope. I went to the front desk which could also not provide me with a corkscrew, nor was one available in the breakfast room. No option left but to go out and buy one. Although the staff was sincerely apologetic, this is more of a management issue in my mind.

UdemÊrket vÊrelse taget prisen i betragtning. Ikke ulÊkkert, men heller ikke lÊkkert. VÊrelset var lille, men havde kÞkken. Ingen aircondition, men havde en gulvblÊser. Ligger i en forstad til Paris og nÊrmeste metro er 20 minutters gang og det tager 30 minutter med offentlig transport at komme til Paris Expo og 35 minutter at gÄ. Parkeringsmulighederne var gode.

On mentionne parking a disposition, j’arrive il n’est pas disponible on m’explique qu’il fallait le rĂ©server en amont alors que c’est aucunement mentionnĂ©e quelque part. Le petit dĂ©jeune ferme Ă  10h30, nous sommes arrivĂ© en retard aucune gentillesse ou d’amabilitĂ© Ă  nous proposer une solution alors que tout Ă©tait encore disposĂ©. Tres trĂšs dĂ©cevant, la carte bleue ne marchait pas non plus, c’est la derniĂšre fois ! Point positif : bien situĂ©, chambre propre et spacieuse. Le bĂątiment sentait trĂšs mauvais le renfermĂ©, cigarette froide.

Great location & quiet location

The hotel was in a great location, just 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and after 10 minutes we reached the metro line 4 and got to visit so many places with the unlimited travel pass. Clean hotel, nice staff, 24hours entry with your card/key.
