Clean room, came with lots of towels, dish ware and a hairdryer which was helpful. They also give you some cleaning supplies to get you started e.g. dishwashing liquid and sponge. There is also a small dishwasher which is very handy. Staff is friendly. View from my room wasn’t great but not an issue as I was out for most of my stay anyways.

Much cheaper than other options in Paris, but still good quality, great value for money. I did not try the breakfast, parking is shared in the building next door. There are 2 washers and dryers, I thought it was a bit high priced to use but that is my only criticism. Otherwise, room was good size, clean, and front desk was friendly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay, excellent value Clean, modern, and very comfortable apartment with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the residence was quiet and well maintained. Convenient location with easy access to public transport and central Paris, plus a nice walk along the Seine. Excellent value for money — I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for about a week, and all the staff were kind and helpful—it was a really great experience. The room was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I felt very relaxed throughout my stay. The location also offered relatively easy access to tourist spots, and I was able to make some wonderful memories. If I ever come back to Paris, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The room itself was very nice. Spacious and clean. Our issue was the AC did not work for almost 2 days during our stay with 100+ degree weather outside. We could not even sleep it was so hot and drowning in sweat. When we would call reception about it they seemed irritated at us just for calling about the situation which left us feeling frustrated and disregarded. Upon checking in and leaving our bags in their secluded room, somebody stole my airplane pillow as well. We trusted that our things would be safe and they were not. We brought this to receptions attention but they did not do anything about it. So we are now out of money for that which is also frustrating. The location is a far walk away from the nearest train and metro. Overall, again, the room was neat and nice but the location is poor. The staff could have been more helpful and the room would stench like sewage or mildew around the kitchen area.

I’ve visited Paris a number of times and this is the best place that I’ve ever stayed at in the city. The suites are spacious, beautifully designed, spotless and affordable. We loved having the kitchenette. The friendly welcoming staff, the lovely, thoughtful extra touches like the complimentary citrus, mint flavoured water and croissants available in the beautiful lobby all made this a wonderful home base for our 10 day stay in Paris.
