It was very clean, the staff were friendly, and everything was exactly as promised. The small kitchen was very useful.The hotel was a 14- minute walk from metro station, but we visited in May and found the walk enjoyable. The area felt very safe, and overall we had a great experience staying there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was clean, and the location was perfect—close to the La Défense metro station and a safe 1–2 AM walk from the metro to the hotel. Directly in front, there was a nice grocery store that supplied everything we needed for our stay. We booked two units two to three months in advance, so it surprised me that they were unable to allocate them on the same floor or side by side. If you have a similar setup, I recommend calling them ahead of time to confirm your preferences. Although our unit included a kitchenette, no paper towels were provided, and the stove in one of the units was not working. As for the front desk, some staff members were very helpful, while others seemed bothered when I asked for assistance. Overall, everything else was good, and I would recommend considering this place for your stay in Paris.

The place area was a 10 minutes walk to La Defense train and metro station with a large number of shops and restaurants. Few minute on the Metro and you will be at Eifel Tower or Champs Elysees. The studeo flat was spacious and reasonably clean. Reception staff were helpful. Sadly you get alot of noise from the traffic, and the shouting noises from the street 24/7 and hard to switch off and get some food sleep. And if you walk to the train station early in the morning, please be aware of people on the streets harrasing you for whatever they want.

Located in a quiet corner of La Defence. The metro was only a 10 minute walk. Many restruants and small grociery stores nearby including La Defence Arch Square. The breakfast was wonderful.

Great stay for the Olympics

We booked 2 rooms for two adults. Just before coming I was slightly nervous having seen some recent negative reviews. However, our experience was fantastic. From arriving to leaving the staff couldn’t help enough. Parking was really convenient and very reasonable. We had a free room upgrade. The rooms were clean and had a great selection of complimentary drinks and snacks, which in most hotels you are charged for. Location great for the Defence Arena. Will be coming back!

Who ever I spoke to via email was very kind and helpful. For this, I would give 5*. The property itself...not too clean in rooms, dents in walls, sofa bed wasn't set up for us which I've not experienced in the past. Found out a part was broken so someone came and repaired it. Found hair by the sink/hairdryer and because the rooms have kitchenettes, you could smell what people were cooking in your room which we especially didn't like. The bed was incredibly comfortable though. There is a shop just across the road to get snacks and drinks. Close walking distance to Westfield and arena.

Location was good. However the room was not clean. We had a q tip (used) in our trash. The shower head was disgusting and extremely dirty. We only had half a roll of tp. There were no blinds and no curtains. And on top of all this the hotel air conditioning was broken. So we had to open the window which broken also and that brought n lots of noise. We requested an iron and they wanted me to pay for it. (20 euros). I brought Clorox wipes for plane and used in kitchen area to wipe down the counter snd they were black when I was done. For what you pay and the “ratings” it has I was MAD. We would not stay there again. Side note EXTREMELY nice and professional and helpful staff. The staff checking in and out made the stay bearable.

"We had a great time in Paris, and staying at your hotel was definitely the right choice. Kala at the front desk was incredibly kind. There was another staff member with her who seemed a bit off , but I chose to ignore it. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and I loved all of it! My only wish is that they should have dinner available to order for guests. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris!"
