Mon séjour ne s'est pas réalisé pour faute de maladie. J'ai applelé l'hotel afin qu'il libère la chambre si il avait d'autres demandes. Il m'a indiqué qu'il ne pouvait pas me rembourser ou faire un avoir (j'y descend régulièrement) car ma réservation a été faite sur internet. J'ai contacté le prestataire internet qui a essayé de négocier avec l'hotel. Ce dernier s'est est tenu a sa propre police d'assurance. Procédure administrative, procédure appliquée et procédure en aucun cas arrangeante pour des clients réguliers passant par internet.

4 nuits sur Rueil

J’ai passé 4 nuits à l’Odalys de Rueil. Ne connaissant pas, j’ai trouvé l’accueil charmant et agréable. Plus que pratique car juste à côté de la station RER et à 2 pas de mon travail éphémère. Chambre studio vaste et paisible. Ne manque que la climatisation. Cela dit, il suffit de laisser ouvert pour laisser entrer la fraîcheur. J’ai réservé pour une 2e semaine de fait ☑️

Bonjour Madame ,monsieur ,mon sejour ne c est passer comme il était prevu dans le echange de mail avec l accueil de l hôtel il etait prévue que je récupère ma cle de chambre dans un coffre cela n a pas été le cas j ai retrouver ma clé de chambre sur le coffre ,et quand j ai voulu la remettre dans le coffre lors de mon depart cela n a pas ete possible vu que le code qu qu'il mon donner était faux.Au sujet de la chambre le nettoyage a été mal fait, j ai retrouver des cheveux dans le lavabo de la salle de bain et lit ont n avait l l'impression que quelqu'un avait dormi dedans. Je ne recomendrait c est hôtel vu les services déplorable et l l'igiene pas top du tout.
