The rooms are spacious and super clean. The staff friendly enough. Did not eat any meals, so no opinions on food offer. First, the front desk had only one person who spent 15 minutes with a tour guide. Then the credit card service was down in at the desk and in the restaurant. The restaurant good quality was awful: the special of the day, duck, was mostly raw - actually cold in the middle, and the Cesar salad did not have any green lettuce. This was my third stay at this Pullman; the first two stays were great but it has really gone downhill.
