Nous avons réservé des semaines à l’avance, nous nous sommes pré-enregistrés la veille de notre arrivée et le jour de notre arrivée on nous dit qu’il n’y a pas de chambre disponible pour que le réceptionniste finisse par dire « vous avez de la CHANCE il en reste une ». On a dû réclamer les serviettes chaque matin. Nos lits ont été faits 2 fois sur 7 nuits. Le seul point positif a été le petit déjeuner (très simple mais suffisant).

Chambre rénové qui fait du bien et rend une meilleure image à cette chaîne d’hôtel. Chambre propre mais forte odeur de cigarette, de tabac froid qui a nuis au confort. Isolation presque inexistante; on entend tout les bruits environnants: route, bruit d’air joint de porte usé et autres clients Petit déjeuner simple et basique qui fait l’affaire.

Déçu ! Première impression la chambre etait propre, la salle de bain etait nickel , en l’occurence les draps n’ont pas été changé car il y avait des taches sur la couverture et plein de cheveux sur les oreillers qui était retourné pour pas que l’on les vois c’est dommage faudrait revoir ça avec le service ménage
