Would not stay here again.

It was a basic hotel in an ok location. Close to the metro and bus stations and buy a grocery store. They advertise air conditioning but it is non existent. The shower is also small and doesn’t close properly so water got everywhere. The room is also very small so beware.

Dirty!!!! No fridge in the room, some of the staff doesn’t speak any other language than French .. and again, rooms are dirty!

Shower knob was loose and didn’t work properly. At breakfast there was a shortige on cutlery and mugs. During the night is was noisy due to working personel. One morning my room was fully blocked with laundry carts., Safety hazzard.

スタッフはフレンドリーでとても感じが良かったです。朝食は毎日同じメニューですが美味しく頂けました。 郊外なので買い物や食事をする所はないため、少し不便ですがホテル周辺は治安も悪くなく静かでした。

Rezeptionist war unhöflich und langsam. Klimaanlage war defekt, mehrmals an Rezeption reklamiert, niemanden hat sich darum gekümmert. Parkplatz ist sehr gut sischer und beobachtet. Frühstück war ok, Frühstücksraum sehr klein und hat eingeschränkte Plätze. Ab 8 Uhr findet mann nichts zum Essen. Zimmer sehr klein und hat kein Kleider-Schrank oder Kühlschrank . Zimmer einfach eingerichtet. Sauberkeit des Zimmers und Bad ist ok.

Prima kamer voor de prijs maar geen ontbijt

De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en prettig, wij waren iets te vroeg gearriveerd maar dat was geen probleem. De kamer was redelijk netjes en voldoende ruim, zeker voor de locatie en prijs. Het ontbijt was helaas een flinke teleurstelling maar we hopen dat dit een eenmalige onvoorziene omstandigheid was: er was iets mis met het koffiezetappaat en de medewerkster (die verantwoordelijk was voor het ontbijt) was druk aan het bellen om dit opgelost te krijgen. Echter, alles was op: er was geen brood, geen toast, geen broodbeleg, geen marmelade/configure, geen eieren of water om die eieren in te koken. Kortom: alles waarmee je een ontbijt zou kunnen samenstellen was op of moest aangevuld worden. Wij hebben uit wanhoop bij de naastgelegen Leclerc supermarkt zelf maar een ontbijt gekocht. Ik hoop echt dat dit eenmalig was, maar de manier waarop deze situatie *niet* gemanaged werd, verdient geen schoonheidsprijs. Het ontbijt is standaard inbegrepen in de prijs, dat is heel mooi maar verwacht er vooral niet teveel van.

moyen peut mieux faire

nous avons pris notre chambre à 1h du matin, suite à un retour de concert au stade de France. Tout s’est bien déroulé, sauf qu’ils avaient perdu notre valise qui avait été mise dans une chambre vide, au lieu de la mettre en bagagerie Plus de peur que de mal le personnel est très gentil et serviable, mais communique pas assez entre eux et certains manque de professionnalisme, il manquait un cache au niveau de la poignée de la porte. Nous avions les piles apparentes pour l’ouverture de la porte de chambre. Dans le bac à douche il y avait des cheveux noirs.

gros problème de formation et de réactivité

le personnel est agréable mais manque beaucoup d’énergie et de professionnalisme le matin au petit déjeuner nous sommes arrivés à 9h et le buffet était complètement vide! du jamais vue ! il n’y avait qu’une seule personne pour s’occuper du petit déjeuner sachant que l’hôtel était complet pour le concert de mylène farmer! nous avons attendu 45 minutes pour avoir au compte goutte de quoi manger de plus il y a eu un problème d’électricité sur les machines à café le personnel qui était sur place ne savait pas comment faire pour remettre en route Les machines et le responsable n’était pas là. Il est arrivé vers 10 heures. il y avait un grosse fuite d’eau dans le hall il a fallu que j’aille prévenir le personnel pour les informer car personne ne s’en était inquiété je pense qu’il y a beaucoup de laisser aller et un manque de formation du personnel ou de motivation pour travailler. de par mon travail, j’ai l’habitude d’aller dans les hôtels dont les IBIS Styles et celui de Gennevilliers ne redore pas l’image des IBIS.
