Very chic. Rooms immaculate. Outstanding breakfast. Guests need to be provided with a map - uber driver had no clear idea where to drop us off, and we spent 15 minutes finding the hotel. It then took five minutes to find someone to check us in, but he was very polite and gracious. Would definitely return when using Austerlitz station.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are quiet. There is something cozy about sleeping to the rocking of the river. Pleasant stay.

Fun way to stay in Paris, but I’m still rocking as I’m terrible with any moving objects and I wasn’t aware the barge does actually rock pretty heavily. Furthermore, conveniently located close to metro, RER and train stations. The neighborhood itself does not have too much to offer, but it’s easy to get anywhere in Paris by metro.

On the Seine

Location was great. Close to the train station(s). My only complaint would be that there was a good amount of noise at night and I found it hard to sleep. Definitely will need white noise if you're a light sleeper.

Super nice hotel on the water

An unusual hotel experience, sleeping on the Seine, waking up in the morning looking at water and boats. Didn’t try the breakfast, but the restaurant had a tasty menu and service minded, nice waiters. Liked that it was a small hotel without large groups of tourists. While located close to metro and train lines and, hence, ce teal, there were few restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The taxi drivers are not too familiar with this hotel and at night it looks a bit dark and scary but no one bothers you. We walked at night from the metro back to hotel and we were fine. Overall but its a great place to stay with great views, good breakfast and calm ambiance.

Amazing and Creative location

Fantastic hotel with great amenities. I wouldn’t pay for breakfast as it is way too much for what you get but other than that the hotel is amazing. Great creative spot for a few nights on the River! I don’t know what some reviews meant when they said the AC doesn’t work, we were there during a heat wave (40 C) and the rooms were cool and very nice. Great spot with great service.

A great quirky experience staying at the hotel and helps you see a lot more of Paris being slightly out and then walking along the river to Notre Dame (about 15 mins). Downsides… locals use the riverbank outside your room as a party venue on Saturday evenings, the rooms are very small and some areas of the hotel are used as a dumping ground for equipment which is unsightly. Probably recommend for any younger couple who are looking for a livelier stay.

The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast we decided to include in our stay was a great choice! The coffee bar and the breakfast selection was delicious! The only things that were a con was the view of the homeless we could see through outside our window. The end of our stay the toilet would not flush and the drain in the shower was starting to slow down. The location was relatively close to all the destinations we wanted to experience in France! The staff was very friendly and they made good drinks at the bar! Having the pool by the restaurant was a great way to relax and end our day

This boat hotel on the Seine is very conveniently located next to Gare d'Austerlitz and just a short walk from Gare du Lyon, sobgreat for connections to any part of the city. Restaurant evrlooking the river makes for a very pleasant dining experience. We had a bit of an issue with the safenin the room not working properly but nothkng that spoiled the visit. The young front of house staff and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. There is negligible movement on the hotel from passing boats and this ismkore than made up for by the joy of having breakfast on the river. We are planning a return trip to Paris and unless we get some crazy cheap deal for another hotel we'll be going back to Off Paris Seine.

Recommended. The hotel or hotel boat is difficult for taxi drivers to locate. There is a train station across the street to use as a land mark and transportation (that is, Gare Austerlitz). We didn’t particularly care for the on-site restaurant as the food was too trendy. Restaurant staff did not want to accommodate room service or morning coffee to your room. Two note worthy employees are Daniel and Rose. Both Daniel and Rose always wanted to ensure we had positive service and encounters with hotel services and options even when it seemed hopeless. I want to praise Daniel and Rose. They are truly the diamonds of this hotel.

Although beautiful, the staff at this location, took their popularity too far. We were made to feel like an inconvenience when trying to use the public areas like the pool. They put more effort into people who are coming to dine at the restaurant than the people staying at the hotel. We tried to have a drink after an incredibly long journey and were told that we were in the way (in order for them to set up for dinner service at 4:45) . After this, we chose not to participate in anything that hotel had to offer other than sleeping. On another note, that there is a bar on the other side of the river that plays incredibly loud music on until 5 AM. Also note that if you are a female traveler, it does not feel safe, as the front door was always wide open upon our return at night with zero security or front desk staff. The hotel itself is in a very convenient area near the Latin quarter, which has many bars and restaurants and is very walkable. The design is also quite unique and beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. You might be able to sleep from 5 AM until noon when the bar starts up again. Bring noise canceling headphones!

We absolutely loved our stay at Off Seine. It ia really one of the coolest places to stay in Paris with a great location. We were surprised how quiet it was even on a Saturday night with thousands of salsa, tango, techno and Breton folk dancers just minutes away along the quai. The staff were always lovely and helpful when our flight was canceled due to the Air Canada strike. A night on the orange design suite is highly recommended! We will be back! MERCI!
