This was a cheaper hotel for an overnight stop but the desk manager was just amazing with the details he gave us, so thank you so much Hakka You made the start of our trip wonderful.

When we arrived at the lobby , receptionist failed to verified our reservation and send us to different hotel ( we have to walk with a lot of luggage approximal 7 min ), when we arrived to the other one he said you are suppose to be to the first hotel . It was very poor customer service they hesitate to bring taxi to pick us up after i said this is your fault . They brought taxi and brought us to the right hotel , it was no apology form recessionist , very disappointed with them.

It’s a good place to stay if you are commuting from CDG airport. There is a mall close by. The staff at the property is amazing, they help you out with everything, given the economical rates of the property.

The concierge was wonderful. Let our kids eat breakfast before we checked in, and had our room ready early! It was a comfortable stay right by the airport. Good for a quick stop after arriving in France.
