My sister and I just got back from staying here a week and absolutely LOVED it. From the property, to the location, to the staff, everything was all we could have dreamed of on our first Paris trip. Stefan was extremely helpful with providing us a Paris map and giving us tips and ideas of places to visit. We will absolutely stay there again next year as we are already planning our next trip.

Honestly idyllic!! My husband and I went for our honeymoon, and we had the best time. We would frequently sit out on the balcony overlooking the street at night, and it was right out of a movie. Staff was super sweet and helpful. Cannot recommend enough!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Whenever we asked for information, he told us enough and gave us tips for tourists. The hotel is within walking distance of Saint Lazare. The nearby boulangerie serves flash bread/quiche and soup, which is a great way to start the day. Rue de Levis and Rue du Dam offer a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

About 15 stairs up to tiny elevator ( expected) but with lots of heavy luggage and a husband with disabilities, not ideal. Rooms also very small but Stefan does everything. Checks you in,takes your bags up and down the stairs to your room, gets your breakfast order and calls you a cab! He is awesome!

Our stay at the New Orient Hotel in Paris was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro. The hotel itself is charming and well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Stefan at the reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. His recommendations and assistance added to the overall experience. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return on our next trip to Paris!

I had a wonderful 6-night stay in Paris. As expected, hotel prices in the city can be quite high, but this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was small but very clean and well-organized. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful. I had a bad cold during the first two days and asked the manager for hot water each day—he kindly remembered and kept checking in on me later in the week, which I really appreciated. He also recommended several great restaurants nearby—although I didn’t have time to try them all, I’ll definitely check them out next time! Breakfast was also great—croissants and baguettes were my favorites. Overall, friendly staff, good service, and a clean stay. Definitely recommend!
