The hotel was very basic, it reminded me of an upscaled hostel but - it worked out perfectly, especially for the price! It’s a minutes walk from the train station, the room was clean, had AC, a good shower and comfortable bed. It’s really small but adequate. I’d happily stay there again.

We all loved the breakfast. They went out of their way to help me being Gluten Free and having the Translator app helped to read ingredients too. The room had air con that struggled but was better than nothing as we were there in a heatwave 41°. All the staff we're lovely, location perfect for the EuroStar and for coming via train from the airport as well. We would definitely go back again.

Housekeeping came every day to make sure we had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and the room had everything we needed. The only frustrating thing was the hotel key. You do leave it with staff when leaving, but our particular key would stick and it took around 10 tries to get in the door. The key is placed in a white box on the wall near the door in order to turn on the lights, which is something new we’ve never experienced.

The reason to stay at this hotel is location, location, location. It is hard to get closer to the station. On top of it, there is a person at the desk all the time, and the rooms are clean and safe, albeit small. I would not hesitate to use them again when coming in or out of Gare du Nord.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside of Gare Du Nord, which is handy if you are coming in via Eurostar. The facilities are sufficient and the staff very friendly and courteous!

The most helpful person we encountered in our entire time in the city of Paris was the yong man who checked us in. He gave us a map and instructions to get everywhere we needed to go. He helped us understand the Metro system. I also loved th eloction being close to the train and the Metro station. I would not have a problem staying hter again.
