Hotel was a good location to airport. The only issue we had is the room was 24C when we got there and they had shut off the AC for the season. It was Oct 7th. Couldn’t get the room to cool down. Spent an uncomfortable night.

Good stay

Good stay for last minute flight cancellation. Booked through hotels.com for a family room however on arrival I was told there was no family rooms available and not sure why I was able to book on the site. However, staff put us in two rooms next door to each other and were very helpful.

Great option at CDG

Really friendly and helpful service. The team went out of their way to help me with extra baggage, a fuse that went out in my room, and were so welcoming. It’s a short shuttle ride to the terminal.

Great hotel for anyone needing easy access to the CDG airport. You can get there on the free airport train, with only a short walk after. The rooms are clean, comfortable and in great condition. Only issue was the pillows are a bit weird, like putting your head on an exercise ball.

I travelled with my 11 year old daughter and she was super impressed, but so was I. Comfort, cleanliness, amazing staff, and of course the cool factor for the young ones. We had the burger from the bar and the breakfast in the morning had an excellent variety. My daughter loved the automatic pancake machine, and I enjoyed the presence of fruits and salad along with scrambled eggs, chicken sausages and French bread. Would definitely choose this again.

Very clean and the restaurant downstairs served food until 22:00 which was great because we got there late. Check in was straightforward and the staff were friendly. Room was small and pillows were uncomfortable. Bathroom was fine. The place met our needs but not that great for the price.
