First impressions of the property were this would be a nice place to stay. However after the first night when the air conditioning broke (and was out the rest of the stay) and no hot water the next morning made for a miserable stay.

Séjour agréable, Hôtel bien situé à proximité des transports, Tram et métro, établissement propre, personnel accueillant. Les enfants ont adoré le baby-foot. Par contre il faut faire un effort pour améliorer le petit déjeuner car c’est pas varié pour son prix.

Bon hebergement dommage que le bar ferme tres tot. En rentrant d un concert au zenith à proximité, ca serait chouette de pouvoir prendre un verre au bar. En plus l etablissement serait gagnant on etait nombreux a revenir du zenith. Le schambresboffre une bonne prestation et son propre mais ça reste cher pour le niveau de prestation. Merci aux personnels d accuil, de restaurant et de menage qui ont tous ete formidables malgré un dur metier.
