Very impressed! Our check-in was smooth and incredibly welcoming - giving us a great introduction to the area as well as guiding us to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, even for a jet-lagged family with three in the room, and the facilities were great too.

Breakfast room and food were very good except for the queues for the coffee machines. Rest of the hotel is a bit shabby. Room was cramped for two people. The toilet was tiny, there was a danger of banging one's head on the door it was so small. The shower floor was very slippery this could be dangerous.

We had a room on the eighth floor with a king bed and it was very spacious for Paris - you could have two people leave their suitcases open at all times and still have room to walk around. There were complimentary drinks in the mini fridge, replenished daily - a Coke, Coke Zero and an orange juice. I really enjoyed my stay - we even had a view of the Eiffel Tower - though, fyi, the toilet is in a separate little closet from the shower and sink (emphasis on little - I’m just under 5’7 and my knees almost touched the door. Also, the view comes with a trade off - you can hear random people yelling at four in the morning sometimes. I’m assuming people with rooms facing the courtyard can’t hear them, though then their view isn’t as pleasant. Pros and cons. Located steps from Place de Clichy Metro and countless restaurants and cafes. For anyone wanting to take the metro and RER to the airport early on a Saturday morning - it’s surprisingly hopping in the streets around the hotel at 5:45 am with actual traffic. Lots of people on their way home after a night out, eating in kebab shops, etc.

not all the rooms have decent Wi-Fi – we were in 341 and could not log on - had to move to the lobby area to connect. The water station where you can top up your water bottles for free is great. Metro nearby as our cafés etc so good location. Halal kebab shops close by.

We went there for my birthday and they upgraded us to a superior room which was amazing with a view to of the Eiffel Tower … on my birthday they left a little gift for me and a lovely card … it was a fabulous hotel … breakfast was in abundance and the staff are very kind and caring and helpful. Cute hotel but a bit far out from main sights

Had a really lovely break - chose hotel as near to Moulin Rouge and wanted to be safe gong back after the show. Took us an hour walking to get to main City Sights, struggled with Metro which was down the road and enjoyed walking as got to see so much of Paris.

The hotel is well-located. The rooms are a good size. Good bed and good bathroom. The staff are not very friendly, with a few exceptions. There is no designated area for drop-off and pick-up in front of the hotel.

We stayed here 9 nights during May, 2025. We were very pleased with the location, housekeeping and condition of the hotel. One issue is a lack of a common area to enjoy drinking wine, eating bread or fruit. The restaurant patio needs to be downsized to allow for a hot tub(s), gardens and sitting areas. We constantly found ourselves eating our Paris snacks in our room, rather than outside on a patio. The front desk is very attentive locating taxis, laundriess and food options that are within walking distance.
