The Hotel is well located, close to Metro, in a relatively safe neighborhood. The Staff is exceptional, extremely helpful, and kind. The breakfast was delicious, highly recommend. The rooms were spacious and nice (except for the carpet... dark and dirty). Nevertheless, highly recommend it.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff helpful but the check-in lady wanted to charge us €150 extra even though we showed us the booking confirmation, she still insisted we had to pay. Then she charged another €50 euros on our card which she said will be returned on checkout but we didn't receive it.

Staff were friendly from as soon as we made our reservation. They were very helpful in guiding us around Paris. Breakfast was superb, with something for everyone. Will definitely stay there again for our next visit as they are just a short metro ride from Trocadero and it's noce and peaceful for a decent sleep after a heavy day of sightseeing.

This place is good, we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Pros: This place provides delicious breakfast. Rooms are clean and on daily basis they cleaned the room. Location is surrounded with restaurants so you have multiple options to eat. On 4th day we left 15 minutes early before breakfast started, when asked for some snacks for kids they provide. Cons: During our stay time, heat wave warning was going on and the AC was not sufficient enough for our room. So, on the last night, I have to ask for a portable fan, which they provided. Our door lock card was not working on 3rd day. Tried changing multiple cards but didn't work. Only opens with the Master Card. On request they provide another room.
