Location great, staff very friendly, breakfast good, room with a cracked sink, a burnt light bulb, a missing button from the desk, a chipped glass from the nightstand from the down side, and a loose button in the push button of the toilet, nothing that kept my stay not enjoyable but that needs fixing.

Hotel is very small and congested with very small lobby, extremely small elevators and hallways, rooms were very small and difficult to maneuver, it definitely does not give a feeling of a 4 star hotel and does not match the price per night

Total disappointment compared to other Melia properties we have stayed at. Rooms are degraded and disgusting. The paint is peeling of the walls, toilets are yellow inside. You are not allowed to turn on AC in room based on temperature outside. Handles fall off doors, Doors look like they have been eaten by termites. We only stayed one night and left. We could not stay there any longer. The manager will not give us face after she told us to wait for her 5 mins. We waited 44 ins and she never showed up. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was my 46 bday and my 10 year wedding anniversary. Terrible experience. The rooms do not look like the pictures. Please be aware.

We booked a City View room and were put into a non-City View room. The room was tiny, cramped, dingy, and dark with a view of the surrounding buildings. Our request for a refund has not been answered. This was a very disappointing stay in an expensive (for what we got) hotel.

We had a terrible time at this hotel. The rooms are dated, door handles are falling off doors etc. I booked a premium double room and got one with two single beds. The room was extremely noisy. We asked to change it and the staff was extremely rude and said its not their obligation to change it. Finally they agreed. In the new room, the shower gel ran out, the dispenser broke and it took some effort to get that changed. Rubbish was not all cleared either after the turn down service. Upon check out they tried to add on a mini bar charge but we do not drink and did not consume anything from the minibar. Overall, awful service, staff and I would not stay here again if they paid me to do so.

The unvacuumed rug was dirty in my room as well as the narrow hallway leading to it. There was no air conditioning. No air movement at all. When I inquired with the front desk about the lack of air in the room, I was told that the hotel is only contracted to have air conditioning until September. She sent a fan to my room, which turned out to be filthy-dusty and noisy. Pillows were uncomfortable. Woke up with a back ache.

We came to the hotel to find out the room we had booked was not available. They asked to stay in a room with a double bed for the night and informed us that they would move our luggage to the new room the next day when it’s available. The next morning as requested we packed and offered to move our luggage to the new room ourselves. They told us the room was not ready yet, but just to leave the luggage in the room in one area and they would move it for us. When we came back to the hotel later that day, they had moved 5 of the 6 bags to the new room. The 6th bag had multiple wine bottles we had got from Champagne, France. The entire bag was missing. We informed the hotel of this and they said they would look into it right away and would make good on what had transpired. We had to check out the next day and I was informed by the manager that the director would contact me by Wednesday to address the issue and compensate us. Director never called. When I did finally got a hold of her, she stated we moved all the bags and can’t do anything. Essentially stating she can’t help us- whereas the manager on the shift had stated they have suspicions on who it could it be. I asked her to check video footage and she remained silent. I am filing a police complaint and requesting damages for stolen goods and my entire stay. DO NOT book here. I waited to write this, hoping that customer service would compensate for all the trouble, but they have not. She was plain rude.
