Fantastic hotel. Staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Have been to Paris many times and this is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in there. The price is reasonable, and the location is great.

This hotel was absolutely lovely and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff was more than polite and always attentive. We opted for a room with a terrace and it was a wonderful view. Also, the location is extremely convenient for tourists who want to be central to the attractions and shopping.

This hotel is likely my favorite stsy ever. What sets it appart, besides the impeccable amenities. Lindsay, the receptionist went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. She exceeded our expectations in every way. The two concierges redefine the term of excellence. They arttendedti our every way. This should be the ONLY hotel that you consider if you stay in Paris. Location of the hotel is very good! Accessibility to the public transportation such as Metro is good, and easy to access to various famous shops and museum by walking also. Unfortunately, lighting condition in the room was not so good, then it was dark condition in the room even though all of the lightings were turned on. Other points such as service and kindness of the staffs were good I think.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Clean, which is important for me. The room was cleaned daily, supplies like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash & body lotion are supplied, even q-tips, small emergency sewing kit, shower cap to name a few. The staff was kind to speak English to us & understanding to our few words of the French language. Great customer service. It is walking distance to the Eiffel Tower however, wear good walking shoes if you plan to do so because it’s about 30 minutes away & the blocks/streets are long. The Champs Elysees is the closest with about a 20 minute walk. Overall, I would stay here again, I was more than satisfied with the staff & hotel. Also, 24 hour room service. Great place!

I rarely write any reviews. In the past 20 plus years for business and leisure, I’ve written 5 reviews maybe. This hotel surprised me as it’s not my usual stay area in Paris and was a last minute trip. It was way more excellent than many of the 5 stars in every way except the actual location. Not the best if you’re a first time visitor but for me, I’ve been to Paris 3 times and took a chance. Very clean, awesome and responsive staff and the room was even bette than I expected. The carpet probably needs a wash bc it had a bit of an odor but, not any different than more overpriced hotels that I’ve stayed. Just so nice. Look forward to returning regularly.

We absolutely loved this property. Yes there were some hiccups, but the staff stepped up and did their best to solve the problems. 1. Urine stains on the mattress cover. Problem solved. 2. Broken fridge. Problem solved. 3. Ant infestation in our room. Problem solved. We suppose for $1000 per night the staff would prevent these problems from occurring. Alas, they were responsive. Also. We reserved a room with a terrace on the 6th floor. We Didn’t recall a Major construction project across The street, to include workers and noise. That wasn’t possible to fix this issue, we were basically stuck with this room as the hotel was booked up. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay.
