Perfectly located hotel, ample dining options around the area with easy access to the trains, shopping and all of the attractions Paris has to offer. Staff are friendly and the hotel is spotless, highly recommended, especially the spa facilities available in the basement.

Good location just off the very busy Rue de Rivoli. Although not in a quaint neighborhood, it’s in easy walkable distance to many restaurants and a few metro stops. The room was very nice, well appointed and quiet. The breakfast in the lobby restaurant was delicious. But the best part of the whole stay was the pleasant, attentive, and helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

No upon checkin was assigned room that was spacious but only had windows (scratched plastic) and smelled of sewage. So did second room shown but room on 5th was bright, airy and full windowed. Bathroom still had minor odour of sewage. But not in room it’s. very good location. Friendly staff.

I absolutely love this Hotel! The location is very convenient to lots of shopping and the Louvre. All the staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. The concierge went above duty to fulfill a special request I had. I Will absolutely stay here again the next time I am in Paris!

The property is beautiful. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and spacious. The pool is an endless pool (has an activated current), so swimmers will love it! A unique find in a Paris hotel. The location is perfect for shopping, metro access, museums, and restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Underwhelming

Hotel experience has degraded since we started visiting last year. It's not super clean, the service wants to be 5-stars but it fails to deliver mainly because of the infrastructure in the rooms and hotel. It feels more lika. 4-star hotel.

We had a bad experience at check out. We were not provided with the bill correctly. I decided to pay the requested amount because I was in a hurry to go to the airport. I requested it by phone and email and was charged the wrong amount for minibar consumption. I explained the error via email and received no response.

I'm grateful for the room upgrade, but was disappointed by the size of the room and the view of dilapidated buildings outside my window. For a 5 star hotel, it was disappointing, and the room looked tired. Also, there was no iron in the room and by the time one was brought up, it was too late to use it. Service just wasn't great.
