I would not recommend staying here even for how cheap it is. Dust all under the bed and floor. No window in room , condensation dripping off the glass onto the floor. Bathroom had a horrible smell.

Really nice vibe when we arrived and very helpful and friendly staff on reception and at breakfast. Loved the family room set up. Felt more like a mini apartment with the sofa bed up and other furnishing. Our kids loved it! Only downside was it was really hot even with the mini aircon unit so had to keep window open, which made it quite noisy. Didn't spoil our experience though.

Dirty rooms, not conveniently located, bad neighbourhoods. However, nice staffs and good customer services. They offer new room as soon as we complaint about smell and dirtiness on second day.

Even with the sign of do not disturb they came in with no knock over 3 times in one day no exaggeration and even after I told the lobby they did it again they also pick and choose who gets buffet not pay charge just by choice I only asked to use coffee machine they gave me a small bag of coffee and cold water which was already done and the free juice smelled like mold the beds are not clean the staff is not nice nor caring

The old mister of the reception doesnā€™t speak a word in English and the check in has been very difficult. On the other hand, the room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. The position is a bit distant from the city center but thereā€™s a bus and a metro station nearby.

They charged me extra under city tax and while my two rooms were under same booking they made me pay seperate and charged me international transaction fee twice. The breakfast was horrible and rooms super small not even a bottle of water or fridge provided.

The buffet breakfast was very poor and the quality not great. The first day the scrambled eggs and the sausages were empty when i first tried to get some. The second time for asking i scrapped some egg and a couple of sausages. The sausages were swimming inside oil. In general the quiality of the food was below par.

Pros: - Not far from metro - Room was adequate with daily cleaning, TV and towels Cons: - Someone entered my room at 3am, as the door was locked, I believe this was a staff member. They closed the door immediately after realising someone was inside. - Staff entered rooms in the morning without announcing themselves - Room was only ground floor, with a skip for a view. Due to the way the window is built, it would be easy for someone to enter from outside if the window is left open - No complimentary breakfast if booking through hotels.com but included if you book direct. Room is 30 euros more on hotels.com - No early check in available - No tea/coffee in room, no kettle, machines in lobby only accept cash. -Only 1 key card offered - Only one lift available to rooms on basement level, you can end up stuck if both lifts are still lobby level Overall a 4/10 stay, adequate at this price point but security is an issue

The rooms are really small. It feels a bit crampy if you guys are 2 travellers with large suitcases. No office/work station available. You donā€™t have really much space to pack your belongings. Just a really small closet. Some areas of the room and bathroom seemed like they could use some renovations. There were stains and little cracks on certain thingsā€¦ Also there was no room service or amenities at all. Totally disappointing. Bring your own toothpaste, mouthwash, toothbrush, bathrobe & shower cap. Could not even have access to YouTube or Netflix on the TV. Weā€™re in a streaming era now, thatā€™s the bare minimum.

Purtroppo uno spiacevole episodio mi obbloga a mettere 3 stelle. Tolto l odore di gabinetto nel bagno che tenuto chiuso,camera vecchia con pezzi che si staccavano,mi auguravo almeno di dormire ma alle 5.58 ha cominciato suinare un allarme per 10 minuti,e si e ripetuto per tre volte ogni mezz ora,causa un cliente faceva scherzi..ma scherziamo??non ho messo una stella perche la colazione era la cosa migliore li dentro.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemĆ¼ht, den GƤsten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu vermitteln. In unserem Zimmer 701 war schmutzig und unterm Bett befand sich noch ein Rasierapparat von einem vorhergehenden Gast. Der Zustand der gesamten Anlage ist sehr mangelhaft in unserem Zimmer war Schimmel an der Wand, und im Bad gab es und saubere Stellen
