Worst night in a hotel ever. There was no air conditioning so we didnā€™t sleep even one minute. Hard beds. Dangerous window for kids. Broken door. Terrible. Spend a bit more, go somewhere else and get the basic requirement of a hotel - an actual nights sleep!

There was only ever one person on the desk who worked really hard but really there needed to be two. We had three rooms, all were clean. It was not possible to open the window in one of the rooms which made it very hot, the fan just moved the hot air around the room. The transport links were good. Food choices in the area were international rather than french.

The little room was extremely hot, no windows for ventilation. Toilet smelled and was stained. Very thin walls, you could hear a man shouting from next room. There was no telephone in the room. The property itself was clean and quiet. We got a family suite (a room with two beds (4 singles) and a small sofa. There were pieces missing on the wall corners and stains on the carpet and bedding. The closest subway is 800 meters away and it takes about 30 minutes to get anywhere near an attraction. I would t walk there after dark. However on the opposite direction is a cute community. The listing didnā€™t mention if there was AC. There was not. My bad for assumin. was blazing hot. Canā€™t open the window for the busy road.

I would not recommend staying here even for how cheap it is. Dust all under the bed and floor. No window in room , condensation dripping off the glass onto the floor. Bathroom had a horrible smell.

Really nice vibe when we arrived and very helpful and friendly staff on reception and at breakfast. Loved the family room set up. Felt more like a mini apartment with the sofa bed up and other furnishing. Our kids loved it! Only downside was it was really hot even with the mini aircon unit so had to keep window open, which made it quite noisy. Didn't spoil our experience though.

Dirty rooms, not conveniently located, bad neighbourhoods. However, nice staffs and good customer services. They offer new room as soon as we complaint about smell and dirtiness on second day.

Even with the sign of do not disturb they came in with no knock over 3 times in one day no exaggeration and even after I told the lobby they did it again they also pick and choose who gets buffet not pay charge just by choice I only asked to use coffee machine they gave me a small bag of coffee and cold water which was already done and the free juice smelled like mold the beds are not clean the staff is not nice nor caring
