We enjoyed our stay very much. Le Relais des Halles has an excellent location very close to restaurants, shopping, the Seine and the Châtelet metro station. The station makes it so easy to get all around Paris! The hotel is very cozy and clean. The staff was so helpful.

Wonderful respite

First of all, the hotel staff, especially M. Rayane, were lovely to us. The hotel is a sweet oasis in the middle of a very nice part of Paris (and not so tourist-y in February). Will definitely return to stay here on our next trip to Paris.

The staff is lovely - super helpful! The room we stayed in was great - modern and comfortable. The key here is the prime location. Walking distance to some of the best of what Paris has to offer. I really want to highlight how kind the staff were. They prioritized a quicker room turnaround so that we can get an early check in. One day it was raining, and we got complimentary umbrellas to borrow. And one late evening, we wanted herbal tea and the concierge went and got it for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The windows in our room opened which was quite nice as I don’t like sleeping with air conditioning. The breakfast room is quite unique. The bowl of caramels in the lobby, on the way to the elevator were too good to resist. A short walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame.

My daughter and I spent 4 nights at the hotel, and I’d highly recommend staying here. The location is excellent. Steps away from the metro station and you’ll have so many restaurants to choose from in the area. The room we were in was small (as others noted), but very well appointed. Many major attractions are close by and within walking distance. My daughter and I preferred to walk as much as possible, but if you would rather take the metro, you are very close. I will definitely book this hotel when we return to Paris. The staff were incredible; friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Thank you so much!

The room was clean and spacious by Paris standards. The hotel's location is excellent—just a few steps from Les Halles, the Etienne Marcel Metro station and numerous restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Paris. Unfortunately, the service did not consistently meet my expectations for a four-star hotel in this price range. On one occasion, when I requested English Breakfast or Earl Grey tea sachets from the man at the front desk, I was initially told these varieties were only available in the breakfast room. It was only after I insisted that he went to the Breakfast Room and got me some. This should not have been the initial response to a guest's reasonable request. I also found the breakfast offering to be quite basic, with a limited selection and little variety. Given the hotel's rating and pricing, I expected a more substantial and varied breakfast experience. Overall, while the room and location were strong positives, the service and breakfast fell short of what I would expect from a hotel of this category.
