This hotel was excellent. It was clean with a lovely large spacious room. The breakfast was fabulous. The location is quiet and serene and most unexpected so close to Disneyland. The service was top-notch. If you need a taxi, use Uber since local taxi firms are very expensive.

Kevin (half French / half Irish nationality) who was working at reception upon our arrival was fabulous! He was kind, courteous and extremely helpful too, advising me on the best way to return to Euro Disney, and also where to park and which trains to get, to get into Paris the following day, writing everything down for me. The room was lovely, having a balcony was a bonus, and the view of the river was amazing. Negative point - there wasn’t any aircon! As it was about 27 degrees in the evening, the room was like an above. ~ and there was only a small fan in the room. I tried to find a plug socket close to the tv (foot of the bed area) but there wasn’t one. So plugged it in one side of the bed, and balanced the fan on a chair. Slept well on the comfy bed. The shower was lovely! Overhead shower, with also a handheld shower head too … along with 3 circular sprays that spray your body from the side. We didn’t eat in the hotel, so can’t comment on the food. I bought 2 bottles of Diet Coke from the bar which were €5 each which I thought was quite over priced. The British chap who was on reception in the morning was also very helpful and friendly. Despite no aircon (during a heatwave) I would still recommend the hotel

The property is fantastic as it sits on the river, amentities are far, so I used Uber Eats as the market was closed even though it said open online. My biggest gripe is the shower didn't work or drain well. I think the price was very fair and worth every dollar.

Booked this place last minute on a flight into town. It’s was $65 and said it was 10 mins from Disneyland. I arrive around 9:30am and went to check in, the man seemed upset with me for arriving so early but I can’t help the time my airplane lands. He told me no one had checked out yet and my room wasn’t available, I told him that was okay I’d give him my bags to store. Suddenly his story changed and if I paid $32 I could check in now…so a +50% on what I already paid for the same room that I booked which was in fact already available. Not a great start. I got to the room and discovered that the traditional key I was given was also needed to lock the room from the inside. Which is illegal because it’s a fire hazard and wildly unsafe. I took a nap on the worst sheets, that are textured, including the pillow case so that they leave marks all over your skin and face. Woke up an hour later and discovered Disneyland isn’t 10 mins away, it’s 30 mins away and I had 4 Ubers cancel on me, seemingly because of how far out I was and how difficult the hotel is to get to. Later in the evening I went to get food from the restaurant in the lobby on to discover it’s a preset menu that they only serve 4 times a day and specific times and despite the fact there’s a kitchen there are 0 in room dining to take away options. Combine this with how loud the hotel is, you can literally here people speaking, sneezing, and choking in the other rooms, I would NEVER stay here again.

Belle découverte ! Séjour d’une nuit seulement, mais tout était parfait : accueil chaleureux, cadre calme, chambre spacieuse avec balcon et vue sur la Marne. Aucun bruit de train malgré la proximité des rails. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, très belle vue sur La Marne. Le personnel est très respectueux et convivial, la propreté rien a redire. Cela vaut vraiment le rapport qualité/prix. Le seul point un peu dérangeant, est l'insonorisation entre les chambres. Si les gens parlent assez fort entre eux on peux entendre des bruits, pas au points de comprendre la conversation, et heureusement pour le côté privé. Mais cela peut-être dérangeant. Je reste, avec ma compagne, satisfait de notre séjour, nous n'avons pas pu profité de la restauration, car nous avons mangé hors hôtels, mais je suppose qu'elle est à la hauteur de tous le reste. Je recommande cet hôtels et y reviendrai si l'occasion se présente ! Merci pour ce séjour.
