Staff was so warm and welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was incredible - so many choices and so well presented. We were not feeling well on this stay, but it was a very nice place to land after two weeks on a cruise and the night before our flight. Merci!

Great little hotel in convenient location. I loved that my room included a little kitchenette, I kept simple breakfast things in the fridge and was able to make tea and coffee and have proper plates and utensils for my snacks while working in my room in the evenings. Staff cheerful and ready to help. I would stay here again!

The 11th- easy from Gare de Lyon

The staff were excellent and that was why I rated the stay as good. Without good staff, the property was rather ordinary, at best, with a so-so breakfast. Location was very good for us, lots of very good restaurants around and felt safe.

A VERY AFFORDABLE STAY IN A CLEAN SAFE HOTEL. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT, ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE TINY WINDING STAIRCASE LEADING TO OUR ROOM. DIFFICULT TO MANAGE WITH THE LUGGAGE, BUT STAFF WAS ON HAND TO ASSIST AND IT IS VERY FRENCH AFTER ALL. MERCI.

This is my 3rd time staying here and I love the location. Very close to a metro/RER station and social area. Hotel could use some upgrades but otherwise it is perfect for me.

Excelente localización en el sur del vecindario # 11 colindando con el # 12. Por lo tanto, queda a las afueras del bullicio turístico y experimentas un poco de la vida cotidiana parisina. Buenisimos restaurantes en el área que se pueden accesar caminando o en transportación publica. Le Patio Bastille es un hotel. De tamaño grande en comparación con otros hoteles de la ciudad. Tiene su lobby y sus jardines, y en recepción siempre tiene personal presente. La comunicación es efectiva principalmente por Whatsapp en el idioma principal del visitante.

パリの観光名所行くには、ほぼどの場所もNation駅があるので便利でした。駅からも近いし。 部屋の掃除はなくても、ベッドシーツやタオル補充、ゴミ回収はしてくれるので快適に過ごせました。など

Je pensais avoir réservé un hôtel mignon et sympa mais quand j’ai vu l’état de la chambre j’ai déchanté. J’ai jamais vu autant de poussière, j’ai même dû la faire moi même en partie pour poser mes affaires. On ne parlera pas des rideaux qui traînaient par terre sur 40cm lorsqu’on a 30cm (entre le lit et le mur) pour passer jusqu’à la salle de bain. Une tache marron (peut être du café ?) sur les rideaux blancs. En parlant de tâche, lorsque c’est sur le lit c’est très désagréable. Parlons de la salle de bain, très austère, remplit de cheveux d’inconnu, un rideau qui tombe sur plus de la moitié du fond de la baignoire ce qui fait votre douche une épreuve de survie pour pas glisser. 2 points positifs quand même, la literie est bonne et la plus part du personnel très sympathique. Ps: huilez et réglez les grooms de portes c’est insupportable quand on essaye de dormir.
