Breakfast was a disappointment (disliked the food preparation, e.g., soggy French toast, dry omelet, runny, blended scrambled eggs). Online declaration of no reservations for Bar 228 incorrect. As guests, turned away from the bar which had empty seating due to prior reservations.

The staff act so formal and robotic. No personal and human interaction. Just greet you but are not warm. Also the continental breakfast was a choice of 3 croissants and a small fruit salad for $55. Total rip off!
