Great choice and lovely staff

Fantastic place with great polite staff. A 2 minute walk to Saint Lazare station makes it accessible to everywhere. Area surrounding the hotel very safe roo. Would stay again

This hotel is located in a very convenient and amazing location. The room however is smaller than I expected. Other than that, it was a great experience staying in Le 12 Hotel.

We liked almost everything about the property particularly the attention and recommendations of the staff at the front desk. They were most polite and went out of their way to help us. We did find the accommodations rather small with little room for our luggage and space to move around. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

We really enjoyed our stay at le 12 Hotel. Near the Saint-Lazarae train station. The room was very nice, modern design, expected of course for this range of hotels, the only downside was that it is a bit small but manageable. Super friendly staff, very kind. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend it, and we would definitely stay here again. Well done le 12

Pleasent, modern Hotel in a great spot. The street was quite, only the trash truck in the morning, as you would expect in a big city. Everyone was very nice. The Rooms are very, very small (Floor 2), but that is what you expect in Paris. Room is small, but the bathroom is sized appropriate, so the shower etc. Is absolutely to enjoy. All equipment is modern, so you have nice lights, heavy curtains, a big tv.

Staff is friendly and willing to help. Property is very nice and the rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel is very close to a train station with multiple lines making it easy to get around the city. Would definitely stay again if go back.

Great little boutique hotel, very friendly and helpful staff who can all speak excellent English. The room was lovely, very clean and bed was comfortable! Would highly recommend. Hotel was about 20-30 mins walk to most big tourist attractions but there was a bus/train/metro station a few minutes away

The 12 Hotel was wonderful, and my experience was incredible. The service is impeccable and extremely good and the people are really nice and helpful. I have nothing but compliments to offer for this Hotel. The view from my room was such a great surprise.

The rooms are small, it is normal in such a central Parisian neighborhood, my only minus point is you hear everything happening in the corridors but the staff is amazing: friendly, ready to help, and very pleasant especially Sarah!

This property was in a great location, and we were able to walk, catch the bus, or take a short uber ride everywhere. The staff was great and provided us with everything we needed. Upon checking in the front desk staff gave us a wealth of information about where to go and what to do. The hotel was small but that's to be expected in Paris. We had or were able to get everything we needed easily. We'll definitely be staying here whenever we're able to return to Paris.
