For starters, I love the location of where this hotel was. Your staff was very friendly and very welcoming. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was our shower area being American obviously were used to keeping the water in the tub and not all over the floor, the glass door didn’t really help to keep the water in the tub too much. It splashed out a lot because we were using the shower and a lot of the water was splashing out from the door and getting all over the floor so our towels were pretty much being used to stop the water from going everywhere. Other than that this hotel was in the perfect location where was fast enough to get to all your main attraction it was in an area where you had a couple of restaurant options to eat from plus a nice little café so overall my experience with this place, I would give it a 8 out of 10.

Great little escape

Great hotel located about 20 minutes or less from everything (when taking taxi/Uber). Great communication with staff, very professional and friendly. No problems encountered. Room was very clean, breakfast available for small fee. Hotel is near a bar, and you can hear them occasionally, however, it was nothing to complain about. They do have a hair dryer and iron, as well as laundry facilities on site, but you must have Euro's to use the laundry facilities. Hotel has a locked gate on both sides of the little alley from the reception area to the room side, so wanderers can't just walk in/out. You do get the gate code so if door is closed (desk agent has stepped away) you can still get in. Located by lots of restaurants and convenient stores. I would stay here again.

It was basically comfortable to stay. But only on Saturday night the restaurant near the hotel had a party which was so noisy to sleep! Except for that, it is highly recommended to stay there.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a budget stay but still nice hotel near the Paris city center. It’s also a great place to stay if you want the amenities that most rooms in Europe do not have, such as a mini fridge, stove, microwave, and dishes. The only downside is the 100 per night deposit..if you don’t have a credit card I could see how this could easily ruin someone’s trip.

While the staff was great (super helpful, warm--everything) and you can't beat the combo of having a kitchenette in your room and laundry services right near the front desk, I'd say that the place itself is a bit worn-down. For instance, the carpets were really dirty and had stains on them. Since I was staying for several days and couldn't bear looking at the stains, I cleaned them myself...and the majority of them came out. But why am I doing this? I don't blame housekeeping (who are really lovely, hardworking women) who are told to go into rooms an change towels and sheets and clean surfaces. It's really up to mangagement to go through the rooms and which rooms need extra attention (and hire a carpet cleaner! Or get new carpets!) I noticed (only later) that some reviews ALSO mentioned the carpets also, so it's not just me. Since it got 9 out of 10, I just booked it, pressed for time. This really could be a great option for budget travelers if the management just cared a bit more about upkeep.

Every thing was ok, but the room floor was pictured with Parkete coverings, but it was covered with very dirty carpet. This dirty floor was the worst I have ever seen.

The room was very dirty. Stains in the sink, carpet & bed. Curtain half hanging on. Glad it was only for one night. When asked at the reception where can we find a local shop to buy drinks & restaurants to eat we got the response of “i’m not familiar with this area” all round disappointment. Huge lack of knowledge & hygiene

Satisfaite.

Tout était très satisfaisant hormis le bruit extérieur qui même la fenêtre fermée s'entendait. Cela venait de la terrasse du café ou restaurant située au bas de l'hôtel occupée par les consommateurs jusqu'à très tard dans la soirée. Hôtel bien situé, proche métro.

Changements de chambre à 3 reprises. Première chambre donnant sur le restaurant faisant un bruit assourdissant. Pas de climatisation. La deuxième ayant une trappe risquant de nous tomber sur la tête et pas non de Clim non plus. La troisième proposée ayant une flaque d’eau dans l’entrée et aménagement pour handicapés donc pas d’aménagement mobilier dans la salle de bain. La dernière acceptée par dépit pas de Clim, moquette tachée et très vieillotte, taxes sur les murs de la salle de bain, rideaux très peu occultants. Le personnel était fort aimable et sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner et bonne situation géographique.

Tja, je moet geen luxe verwachten. Wij kwamen met twee kids voor een atedentrip Parijs. De bedden zijn prima! Echt een goed matras. Ook de slaapbank ligt prima!!! De airco blaast koude lucht, maar verkoeld de ruimte helaas niet. De eerste nacht bleef het bloedheet op de kamer. Er is een klein keukentje met twee kook pitjes. De douche/bad is prima, netjes en schoon. Het ontbijt is goed. Sapjes, hete drankjes, lekker stokbrood,croissantjes e.d. yoghurt, vers fruit en dergelijke, ei, roerbak eitjes en worstjes. Prima netjes en voldoende. Op 400 meter lopen ben je bij het metro station van waaruit je binnen 15 min met lijn 9 uitstapt bij de Eifeltoren Dus verwacht geen stijlvol hotel, maar een goed bed en een schone omgeving en een goed ontbijt.
