Nothing negative to say about the hotel, it is great for the price paid. It is literally 10 seconds walk from a local grocery store and the M4 line which is super convenient to go to places. The only thing is the area is a bit sketch, but the hotel itself is great.

My second time staying here, I really like it. Close to GDN station, walking distance to Monmarte and metro station very close. Service always friendly and helpful. Good value and reliable.

Great Stay - Definitely recommended!

We had a great stay at Kyriad, with two separate rooms which both met our expectations. We really enjoyed the breakfast with a good price and variety of options. Had no issues whatsoever, can only thank the staff for their kind and considerate service.

Quick over night in Paris

The hotel was nicely located right outside of the metro station. The staff was nice and condition of the hotel was good. However, there was a slight smell next to the bed and stains on the sofa. Overall would recommend.

Nice and quiet hotel. Near metro, same street. We experienced the environment as unpleasant in the evening but the metro only is 30 meters away from hotel. Standard rooms were small, but okay. Bathrooms and hallway need renovation. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good.

Not a great area (wouldn't recommend if you want to be really near nice bars and restaurants) but hotel was metres from both a Metro and tram stop and was ideal for a spacious (303 - biggest room on the 3rd floor) room for a few days. We were right next to the lift and didn't even hear it until the 3rd day. Air conditioning was questionable but could have the window open and the street noise was barely audible

Close to transit The room has a tiny window looking over a small courtyard, I guess too small couldn't figure out what it is. When I came back after checking in the room smelled like there was a sewer backup not a strong smell but not pleasant

La recepcionista súper grosera. Llegamos, nos entregaron las dos tarjetas. Subimos a la recámara y no tuvimos acceso, bajamos y nos dijo que iría la recamarista, estuvimos esperando como 20 minutos y no subió nadie, había una recamarista en el piso le comentamos y empezó a renegar en francés. Nosotros solo hablamos español e inglés, le mostrábamos mensajes con traducción y nos mandaba abajo de nuevo. Otra vez fuimos a la recepción y enojada diciendo palabras molesta en francés la señorita fue y nos abrio. Nos abre y no podíamos cerrar, así estuvimos como 1 hora más en la recamara con hambre sin poder salir. Hasta que bajamos de nuevo y ya nos contestó en inglés y dijo que iría la ama de llaves. Al revisar el sofá cama súper mal la colchoneta, abajo un calcetín y cabellos en las sábanas. Al fin llegaron después de dos horas y muy amable hasta eso la ama de llaves. Pero una mala experiencia!!!
