Wow, what a great staff! They go on and beyond to make sure you feel at home. The concierge made reservations at restaurants for us and was knowledgeable. We were there to celebrate my wife’s 50th Birthday. When we got back to our room from our Dinner reservation we had a bottle of champagne and some treats waiting for us. They made it special! One more important thing is that the front desk speaks 3 different languages, English, Spanish, and French of course fluently. Thank you to the whole staff.

From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, we were made to feel welcome. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The beds are comfortable, and there is a pillow menu. The hot tub was such a wonderful amenity after walking Paris streets.

Loved this hotel & would definitely stay again if we returned to Paris . staff were great as was hotel room with fantastic shower.its in a mainly residential area but walking distance to champs eleysee and around corner from Eiffel Tower. Immaculate hotel. The staff were all amazing! Always friendly coming in from a day or leaving! Room was always cleaned to perfection. I typically don’t take baths in hotels or at all but this deep tub called my name after exploring the city! I stayed in March and they had air conditioning for the Americans like me who can’t live without! Overall amazing stay can’t wait to come back!
