Fantastic spot, short walking distance to the Eiffel Tower but on a nice quiet side street. Also 2 blocks to the Seine and an easy walk down the river to a lot of the big sightseeing locations. Very comfortable bed! Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend!!

The hotel is amazing. Everything in the room was built for comfort and relaxation. It was clean quiet and the bed was exceptional. It was medium hard which was great as I have a bad back. The only issues (which is very small) is that the room we were in did connect to the hotel WiFi. But as soon as we went outside the door it connected. And the check in and check out was a little time consuming as we had to provide evidence that we paid the city tax to say for a couple of nights. Other than that it was amazing and we will definitely come back!

Broken air conditioning they tried to fix several times but couldn’t, towels leave fuzz all over, service was nice but some people were not accommodating. Amenities poor. Overall should be a 3-4 star hotel.

There is nothing 5 stars about this property. It is a small simple hotel with zero luxurious details or amenities. We felt it was a huge disappointment for what we paid, the photos are misleading it is a small hotel with small rooms. The junior suite was an average room you would have at a basic 3 star hotel. Simple things like cotton pads or a box of tissues are missing. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a very nice beautiful hotel walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Eiffel Tower. Staff members (Emily, Rui & Tom) provided exceptional service. Emily even guided us to shopping areas and helped with booking tour to Palace of Versailles.

Fantastic Hotel in Paris

I have now stayed at the Juliana Hotel a few times. Each time has been delightful. This has become my go-to hotel in Paris. The location is great. The hotel is clean. Rooms are comfortable. The staff is lovely. Emily and the rest of the team are fantastic.

The property, meet all of our expectations and the staff were super tentative, they could not do enough from recommending places to eat, booking cabs and allowing us alone time in the spa area, Rui and Emily really stood out as their customer service was next level. we will defiantly come back and stay here again soon.
