The breakfast was very very poor compare to the others hotels I' ve been before in Paris. Noone was coming to ask us about the breakfast. Noone to talk to. I am working in the hospitalityfor last twenty-five years now. I've been in Southend Seven hotel, you can't even compare the service. I was so impressed by the service given in Southend. From Front desk, Restaurant to House keeping Amazing job. Lovely hotel, friendly staffs, and so on. I am so grateful.

Staying in paris for an event in Stade De France? This is a perfect place to book, a 15 minute tram ride that wont get too busy will take you to your destination! If you want to sightsee, the city centre is an hour away by oublic transport. Underground parking included with your room as well! The room was fine, clean and tidy, spacious. It was great for the purpose of the stay. The Air Conditioner did not work. Especially not on the first night. When we tried changing rooms or at least asking for something like a fan, the nighttime receptionist rudely and impatiently told me to open a window (our room faced the busy street) the nighttime receptionist is impatient, disrespectful, and outright rude to us and other non-french guests. He hung up on a guest who called for room service, and spoke to us in a very demeaning tone throughout the stay.

Changement de chambre 2 fois ( une fous a cause de bruit et l autre car le lit n etait pas fait!!!). Et pourtant aucun geste commercial malgré le fait que je sois un client gold ( avec plus de 5 nuits d hotel par mois). Le 2eme soir j ai commandé le diner, ai bout de 30 min, j ai rappele l accueil et je me suis fait remonter les bretelle: ca se prepare le diner madame!!! Moins de 5 min plus tard le diner est arrive. Le 1er sour, mon diner est arrive 10 min apres la commande!!! Pour le petit dejeuner: 1 cafe et un croissant, prix: 8€ !!! Je ne retournerai plus ds cet hotel.

L’homme qui nous a reçu était extrêmement agréable et drôle, un vrai bol d’air frais vis à vis des autres hôtel visiter. Les mauvais point et que le service de propreté entre sans toquer alors que nous somme toujours à l’intérieur (l’horaire de départ n’était pas dépassé), les chambres sont dites insonorisés alors que non, nous entendions très bien la conversation de notre voisin de chambre.

Hotel vieillissant. Le personnel est tres sympathique mais le confort est moyen. Il faisait tres froid dans la chambre a l'arrivee et le temperatute a tardee a remonter. Jusque là nous allions dans un ibis budget pour moins cher. Le difference de la qualite ne jusyifie pas la difference de prix.
