A quick stopover

Stayed at this hotel as a stopover on the way to Nice. Typical Ibis standard - small rooms, comfortable beds, efficient service, friendly staff. Location was OK - close to RER station, bus connections on main road, a few eating places in the area - we dined at the Courtepaille which was very good. Room AC had been turned off, window wouldn't open (there was a trick to it according to the staff) so the room was quite stuffy and warm. As a quick stopover, it was OK.

Acceuil chaleureux et sympathique Ă  tout heure. Et avec le sourire. HĂŽtel propre et petit dĂ©jeunĂ© copieux. Parking gratuit. Et possibilitĂ© de ce restaurer Ă  l’hĂŽtel ou au alentours Ă  pieds. Il manque juste de quoi diffuser nos tĂ©lĂ©phones sur les tĂ©lĂ©vision. Et des petites rĂ©novations dans certaine salle de bain.

L'écoute des agents au comptoir pour nous proposer une solution adéquate à notre situation un peu complexe (nous étions 5 avec un bébé et des dates de départ différentes) Aussi l'accueil au PDJ (trÚs copieux) et le coin jeux pour les petits trÚs pratique En ce court séjour je n'ai relevé aucun point négatif

Bien mais Dommage pour les salles de bains

L’hĂŽtel est situĂ© en plein dans une zone d’activitĂ© donc pas forcĂ©ment bien terrible. Le soir il y a une sandwicherie en face qui peut ĂȘtre bruyante, ce n’est pas un souci mais l’hĂŽtel ne s’est pas insonorisĂ© en consĂ©quence. Le personnel est trĂšs sympathique Les chambres ne sont pas bien grandes mais c’est classique chez ibis. Le gros point noir c’est la salle de bain qui mĂ©riterait un coup de neuf. Les joints des douches sont vraiment trĂšs moisis ce qui ne vous donne pas envie de vous doucher tout court Enfin pour le petit dĂ©jeuner, mĂȘme s’il n’est pas trĂšs grand, tout y est pour bien dĂ©marrer la journĂ©e: viennoiseries, pain frais, Ɠufs, fruits, fromages

DĂ©cevant : une chef de service honteuse

TrĂšs déçue par le service : nous avions rĂ©servĂ© et payĂ© par le site, et arrivĂ©s sur place notre rĂ©servation n’apparaissait pas. Nous avions montrĂ© le mail confirmant la rĂ©servation et le rĂšglement mais lĂ  chef de service n’a rien voulu savoir ! Elle se fichait de savoir que nous allions dormir dans notre voiture ou ailleurs ! Hallucinant ce comportement pour une chef d’état service dans un hĂŽtel, aucun sens du service ! Nous sommes restĂ©s 1h sans qu’elle trouve de solution ! C’est nous qui avons demander Ă  repayer une chambre sur place ! Honteuse !! Heureusement, j’ai fait la dĂ©marche de rĂ©clamation sur hĂŽtels.com et service super rapide et efficace : ils ont contactĂ© l’hĂŽtel et nous ont remboursĂ©. TrĂšs déçue de l’hĂŽtel Ibis Ă  CrĂ©teil, d’autant plus que ce n’était pas la premiĂšre fois que nous venions, nous Ă©tions dans leur base !
