Very good location to access the Metro, food, shopping etc. A/C was great during the heatwave. Room was on the smaller side, but expected by Paris standards. Bathtub was too tall to easily step in and out. Someone with mobility issues would have a big problem. Breakfast was convenient and had decent selections. Overall, great stay during our 8 nights. Montparnasse area is fantastic and makes you feel like you are truly “in Paris”!

The breakfast was good, elevator wasn’t working and had to lug our own luggage up and down spiral staircase. Not to friendly. The room had a bathtub that you needed a step to get into. Almost slid when trying to get out. Higher than normal tub. We had 3 adults in a room, support to have 2 nd bed, but was way to small for 3rd adult. Location great to the train station.

We were upgraded to a room. However, when we entered the room, the AC was not working. I notified front desk. They reset it and said they had electrical problems earlier. We left for dinner and when we got back at 10:30 pm, the AC still did not work. I told the front desk and he gave us a key to smaller room but AC worked great. It was 15 degrees cooler. We moved our stuff and then he came back and said I have to go upstairs to the original room to check the AC. We did and he got on a chair and put had in front of the AC and stated it worked fine and we have to move back. He said AC temp is different in every room and it’s not their problem there is no air flow. We could have just stayed in the air conditioned room but this hotel chose to treat their customers horribly. The only reason I booked here was for the AC since it was so hot out. This is the first time I have ever been yelled at by someone at a hotel. Very disappointed and will request a refund since it was 80 in the room with no fan or AC
