Everything was lovely, the hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice as was the spa. The only difficulty we had was that the elevators that was closest wasn't working properly, but they did have a second one at the back. Other than that, it was very nice.

Guys. This place is a gem. The staff were absolutely fantastic. The room was comfortable and the sauna healed me. The neighborhood is much more sleepy and safe than other parts of Paris but with tons to do and easy access to everything. I had a wonderful time.

Wonderful stay. Staff was helpful and courteous. Charming courtyard and well-appointed rooms. Our room had 2 large windows that opened onto a street. The roof across the street was being replaced but it was still peaceful enough to sleep with the window open. There’s a thermostat in the room and we had complete control of our room’s temperature. Metro stop, boulangeries, restaurants, and even a grocery store are within a comfortable walking distance. The spa facilities are excellent and quiet and relaxing. You need to schedule your 45 min/per day appointment with the front desk. That was plenty of time, however, if there was no one scheduled after us, the staff welcomed us to stay longer. Lovely, romantic, quiet space to escape the streets and heat. We found the 13th less touristic and more of a local feel which appealed to us. We took the metro to more crowded spaces when we wanted. This hotel is a good choice.
