It is walkable, clean, value for money, has a good breakfast, and has professional staff. The standard room is promoted to have a balcony, but this was not true (a mistake in the app), which is unfair, and the underground is heard.

The hotel is in need of renovation, the area is save, has several subway stations nearby. Room was real small unlike what you see online. The bathroom is very small and the shower stall is ridiculously small, 2 1/2 feet x 2 1/2 feet which I barely fitted in. Once inside I had to use my foot or my butt to keep the glass door closed to keep water from getting outside.

Nice location, very welcoming staff and thats not usual in Paris. Good wifi, breakfast was also pretty big and tasty. The onlybdrawback was thw size of the room very small and door in shower was missing
