I love the place be a of it location to all the tourists attractions and shopping. I’m just disappointed that they didn’t tell us anywhere online that they don’t open the aircon until Mid May so we had to request a fan for our stay. Thank weather was still cold.

We honestly had the best stay here. It was our little ones first holiday and we couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay. All the staff were attentive and friendly, the place was spotless and there are high chairs upon request. Thank you very much

Good place to stay

This is a very good place to stay. Reception Service was very good, friendly , helpful and attentive staff. The room was very clean and comfortable . It was tastefully decorated light and airy with sufficient power points. We had breakfast every day here. Choice was good but overall could have been better, staff again were very friendly and attentive. The common areas were light and very well presented.

Perfect stay

Fantastic art deco hotel, just a few minutes walk from the Metro, a myriad of restaurants and the Arc de Triomphe (perfect location given we went for New Years) Eiffel Tower and Bois de Boulonge are also within walking distance. The hotel itself is exactly as advertised; welcoming, incredibly comfortable beds and great shower. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection and the luggage storage on the last day was really useful. Finally, a hats off to all of the staff for being so friendly and accommodating. We would definitely return.

The staff were absolutely TOP before we even arrived. Excellent with online and in person communication which helped us enjoy a fantastic visit that got off to a bumpy start before we arrived from San Diego due to weather delays, overnight airport stays and delayed luggage. Victor Hugo staff were key in retaining our reservation, accommodating us with a lovely room with a view, delivering luggage, etc. all with a professional and friendly charm that made our anniversary/birthday stay in Paris kick off perfectly. C’est Bon!!

Not sure if paying more than $500/night for this hotel is worth it. You would think for this price, water for two guests every day is included. Nope! The toiletries such as cotton, q-tips, etc.. were not replenished every day either. The location is nice due to safety and quietness. It is close to public transportation too. The Arc d' Triomphe and Eiffel Tower is close by too. Very tiny room but then again it is Paris.
