The hotel was excellent for the price. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about not having a shower or toilet in the room but it wasn’t too bad. They kept both very clean. I stayed there 10 days and would stay there again

This hotel is significantly not as advertised- it is like a hostel. We booked for a room with private bathroom, when we arrived we were told it is shared bathrooms and showers on upper floor- which is not what I had booked and paid for. I am a girl in my early twenties, I felt extremely unsafe so we left within 20 minutes of checking in to find another hotel which was of course really stressful trying to find somewhere so last minute in the evening. The room was tiny, the whole place had an unpleasant smell also no lifts here very old fashioned. The pictures do not show this at all - very false advertisement really bad experience.

The reception person was indeed a lier. He said that our room with private bathroom has a leakage problem while he was sold it to someone else that was checked in before us and gave us a room with shared bathroom for the first night, while we were charged for a room with private bathroom.

The building is a bit old, but it’s well-maintained and as clean as any hotel in Japan. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s hard to find this kind of quality and cleanliness in Paris at this price point—highly recommended!

Hotel dans un quarrier vivant, metro bus a proximité. Chambre : deco inexistante, bas de gamme. Chambre avec salle de bain et toilettes payés, mais WC non fonctionnel. Chasse d'eau qui ne se remplit pas. Lavabo mitigeur cassé, douche très petite flexible cassé pommeau pas de pression. Moisissure ++. Branchement télé approximatif. 1 seule prise dans la chambre. Literie cependant ok. Isolation phonique : inexistante. Pas d'ascenseur. Pas de petit déjeuner. Pas de clim. Accueil froid. Je ne recommande pas. Chambre non conforme au photo.

Très bon accueil, personnel très gentil et serviable L’hôtel est ancien. Pour les chambres premier prix c’est très simple il y tout ce qu’il faut mais il ne faut pas s’attendre à du luxe. Chambre et salle de bain petites mais suffisante pour quelques nuits. L’emplacement est idéal, proche du métro, dans une rue calme… au final une bonne adresse et un rapport qualité prix imbattable.
