Fantastic staff who were only too happy to help. Parking can be a problem, but staff pointed out the free parking spaces. Room cleaned daily to a very high standard. Supermarket within walking distance & plenty of places to eat nearby

I’m pretty sure my room hadn’t been cleaned. Trash was full, no toilet paper, and whoever the last person in there was took a shower and got water all over the bathmat which smelled really bad. And the towel in the bathroom was wet when I arrived. The bed was comfy, but also again I don’t think it was new sheets.

Déjà, en arrivant, on dirait un hôtel abandonné J'arrive à la réception, c'est à peine si la personne parle français. On me donne la clé et c'est tout, aucune indication. J'arrive à la chambre : fenêtre ouverte donnant sur la cour des voisins, des bestioles, pas de serviettes dans la salle d'eau, un pommeau de douche sans bac et sans rideau ou paroi, 2 rouleaux de papier toilette bien entamés sur le dessus du WC. Un boucan d'enfer jusqu'à minuit, aucune isolation. Au matin je cherche la salle du petit déjeuner, en vain. Je suis partie immédiatement et j'ai mal dormi.
