Great hotel and very clean. It is a boutique hotel, originally a townhome converted into a hotel, and the interior looks very chic. However, it is not a modern hotel. The rooms are very small—much smaller than typical hotel rooms—and are not well equipped, with limited power outlets and fewer amenities than one would normally expect.

This was a lovely property with an amazing view and friendly staff. Concierge was extremely helpful in getting anything that we may have needed at any hour. The 4 star review for area around the property is just because there weren’t many food options but overall I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here.

The hotel didn’t quite meet the expectations of a five-star property. The rooms were quite small, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast was not very tasty and lacked variety. There was no one at the entrance to assist with opening the doors or welcoming guests, which felt unusual for a luxury hotel. Overall, it seemed more like a four-star hotel rather than five

A Lovely Hotel

The Hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent. I love this property. It is historic and quiet, but in a perfect location. The Concierge and manager were very helpful and friendly.

Decent but not good enough

This hotel has great staffs and very friendly employees. However, this hotel is not clean at all. Water in the sink does not drain. Many furnitures are very dirty and not well cleansed. I will not go back for the price paid. We stayed at junior suite.

While we truly appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, we unfortunately had a number of issues with the condition of our room that significantly impacted our experience. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor that seemed to be caused by mold or dampness. This smell was overpowering and led to us having allergies throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep and enjoy our time at the hotel. The sofa and rug in the room were also very dirty and emitted a foul stench, which only worsened the situation. The overall condition of the room was quite disappointing, and it seems that it may be in need of renovation to address these issues. Additionally, the sheets did not feel fresh, which added to our discomfort. Given the nature of the room’s condition, we unfortunately felt that it didn’t meet the standards we expected from your hotel. While we want to emphasize that the staff were wonderful, we feel that the room itself requires significant attention to improve its overall cleanliness and comfort. We hope you’ll take this feedback into account for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We would appreciate any steps you can take to address these concerns. Regards RF
