The hotel is in a convenient location for public transportation close to metro and RER routes. The hotel was nice boutique property. We had to wait for check in at 3pm. It was difficult after being awake 24hrs red eye flight. The rooms were nice but on the small side. The staff was excellent and the included morning breakfast was a nice addition. It took away the morning process of deciding where to eat. The food and service was pretty good. It had a little of everything to make it a 4 star hotel. It fell short of being a 5 star property. It was not bad for our first time visit to Paris. Everyone in the hotel spoke English. Communications was not a problem. The staff was polite.

A hotel I'd visit again
This is a lovely hotel and I enjoyed my stay. It's a fairly short walk to l'Arc de Triomphe and a longer but doable walk to the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was great, access to the spa and pool was convenient. The room was clean and I can't think of any complaints, really.

My husband I traveled to Paris to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. We were so pleased with our stay at Hôtel Toujours. The staff are professional and courteous and very welcoming. The room was comfortable and very clean. The amenities were outstanding. We really enjoyed the ability to book a private pool session after a very long day of exploring the city. Speaking of exploring, the hotel is conveniently located near major tourist attractions and public transportation is easily accessible. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel entrance and a metro station just around the corner. Taking Ubers is also an option as they come very quickly. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning in the beautiful breakfast area. The food was great and always very fresh. There are restaurants all over the place to have lunch or dinner and there are two grocery stores just across the street from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Paris!

Loved it. Hotel staff (especially the front desk) we’re superb!!!! Very helpful, informative just all around great ppl….. love love love the sauna/Hamam …. Close to great restaurants and Champ de Élysées area was quiet (get to avoid all the sirens and basic city sounds etc) it’s boutique so it really does the away from home vibes well … room was nice and clean … I’m going back just so I can stay there again and drink all the complimentary hot chocolate that I can! Would recommend and will stay again
