The room was cleaned but needs a lot of maintenance. Shower panel doesn’t close fully so water goes out. Mattress is uncomfortable and room is really really tiny. Good if you just want a sleep while you’re exploring Paris. Whole building needs a lot of maintenance. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel.

It's a very old property. The rooms were too small for a queen size bed. No air conditioning. When inquired about it, we were told that Expedia was notified about it but the latter has not removed it from their website. There were electric fans. The staff were good and very accommodative.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. The room that we had was very hot, we had a fan to cool it down, that helped to some extent. Room carpet is worn out, the walls have stains of water damage and there is no shower cabin, just the shower head fixed to the wall; whenever the shower is used, the whole bathroom is getting soaked and the water is seeping into the room (resulting in the floor being molded). Also, noisy area, facing a high traffic street. The breakfast was good though. Lots of restaurants in the area.
