The room and bathroom is beautifully appointed, very modern, extremely clean, and marvelously quiet… the staff exceptionally nice and helpful… the location, which I needed for a very early morning departure from Gare de Lyon, absolutely ideal, about 1 minute walk with no steps or stairs to just wheel your luggage over to the Hall 3 entrance. I could not be happier with my decision to stay there for the night before my train departure! The location is also only 10-15 minutes’ walk from Jardin des Plantes which is beautiful.

Location is amazing to the M1, Gare de Lyon and coulee verte. Room and bath both spacious, clean and modern. Pleasant decor. But the best is a very accommodating and helpful staff. Didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good and common area light and cheery

The hotel itself and the size of room are comparatively small, but that's normal for boutique hotel in Paris, the location is good behind in a small alley from the main avenue, very close to Gare De Lyon, the main station and Metro Thank to Afed, the night manager who has help us to locate a lost storage luggage and upgrade to a better room, prepared a BF for our early departure
