When we arrived the hotel is have refurbishment the staff greeted us well the problem was the builders are all over the hotel and staff moved us but things haven’t been finished in the rooms and we didn’t get room with balcony the breakfast wasn’t that good because it’s a temporary kitchen and thing where running out quickly the hole hotel and area in saint ouen is getting dug up for the Olympic and I was a nightmare for my mum how is disabled if we had know this was happening we would have pick a different hotel for are stay

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is located close to a metro station, and a short walk to numerous restaurants (the nearby pizzeria is a must), stores, and pharmacies.

Not only was the price right, but everyone on staff was amiable and helpful - this is important when traveling in a foreign country. Breakfast (small lunch) was perfect with a good selection. Will definitely recommend.

More of a business hotel, about a 5-7 min walk from the Marie de Saint-Ouen Metro station. We had two rooms for 3 adults & 2 kids, with a spare bed provided by the friendly hotel staff, which also spoke fluently English. The rooms had a shared door in-between that allowed us to easily go back and forth between the rooms. Great value for what you get - in ~30 min you can reach downtown Paris by Metro, Sacre Coeur in maybe 15 min, which makes this a pretty decent location. There was a lot of construction going on next door so it got noisy in the early mornings - no big deal if you can keep the windows closed. But on hot days you might want to open them as the air conditioning was not powerful enough to keep the room somewhat cool.

I liked that the hotel made an attempt to be eco-sensitive by not replacing towels every day. Facilities were clean and comfortable. The two room layout suited our family perfectly. I would have liked milk/cream available for the tea/coffee in the room. We couldn't get the AC down low enough so we were too warm overnight. The desk/shelf next to the bathroom was coming away from the wall and seemed unsafe (Room 327)! Someone definitely needs to take a look and fix that!
