The front desk staff were amazing, especially Vladislava and Anta. We had a slight issue at check in which they resolved very graciously. I would stay here again, and would recommend the slightly larger room (not the smallest) unless you are a small person or traveling alone. Great location on a quieter side street. The front desk's staff's English was perfect. The breakfast was good.

A little gem in a great location

I highly recommend this little beautiful place. The hotel is in a quiet little street but 2 minutes walk to the Galleries lafayette. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. The area around is nice with many trendy shops and beautiful architecture. Place de l'Opera is a few minutes walk and the access to public transport (Metro and Bus) is very close. Reception staff were very efficient and professional. They went out of their way to allocate us a nice room. The breakfast was beautiful too. I highly recommend this beautiful little gem.

Good Value For Money.

Super friendly and nice staff. We had a very nice welcome and were allowed in our room early, which is always a great treat. The room was very nice, but very small. There's little room for anything else other than the bed. Yet, the rate was good, and the location was superb, close to multiple forms of transportation and walking distance to many of the sights. Great hotel for a leisure stay in Paris. And... be ready to ride the smallest elevator in your life!.

The hotel is located around around the corner of the Opera House and a 5 minute walk to Galerie Lafayette. It is 15 minutes walk to the Louvre. The location is perfect. The hotel is clean, safe and the staff is friendly. Free water, coffee and tea in reception. Two things to be aware of: 1. small, simple room and tiny bathroom (you get what you pay for) and 2. Across the street from hotel is a popular restaurant with people on street. The restaurant closes at midnight so noise is not a problem if you are in the front. I plan to stay there again given the price, location, and service.

Hotel was perfect. I traveled with my little son (1,5). Baby cot was ready in room, i was offered even bottle warmer free of charge. Room was comfortable, nice and clean. I liked also design of hotel, it was very calming, natural colours, greenery in lobby. Really nice. We arrived before time of check in but we were imediately offered to make coffee or take something to drink as the maschines are free to use during whole stay. Just perfect. The biggest plus were the staff. Receptionists, breakfast service or cleaning chambermaids all were incredibly kind and helpfull always with smile on their face whatever we needed. Thank you all for incredible stay at your hotel!! ❤️

Great place, less than 3 mins walking distance from restaurants, metro, bus stop. Safe to walk at night. Room & bath small but spaces works really good. Coffe and cookies available 24/7!

I would’ve loved to have given an overall better rating for this property but there were a few things that let it down. Some areas definitely need renovating, eg carpets in corridors looking a bit dirty/tired, also pattern on them a bit crazy safety wise! The lift was the smallest I’d ever come across to the extent that it was ridiculous. The room was pretty small but that didn’t bother us as we only stayed for one night. The bathroom was the tiniest I’d ever had in a hotel my whole life. It was ok, cleanliness wise but I felt so claustrophobic and my daughter couldn’t even bear to shower ! These negative points were counterbalanced a bit by the convenient location being just a 2 minute walk from Galleries Lafayette and so many shops/eateries. Transport links here were also good. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and a major plus was the limitless free water and coffee in the reception. Breakfast was ok, and glad to see some gluten free things. It was very basic though but couldn’t complain as wasn’t much extra for us and the coffee was great! Overall, not bad at all if you don’t mind tiny rooms!

Fantastisk lille hotel med super beliggenhed. Alt var perfekt og vi følte os vældig godt behandlet. Utroligt at finde sådan et hotel til den pris. Meget lille elevator som måske kan afskrække nogle mennesker.

We were booked elsewhere in an area that felt unsafe for 2 girls to be walking around alone. We booked this hotel for the same day arrival and was very happy with the service, rooms and area! Its in the perfect location walking distance to so many restaurants. Room was small BUT so comfortable! Its was perfect for us. Beds were unbelievably soft and we slept like babies! Staff were pleasant and helpful. We loved our stay, thank you so much!
