Nice property, close enough to Gare de Nord to walk, plenty of places to buy food and a couple of bars close by, staff nice and friendly, bit of a climb to the top floor with a case on spiral stairs with a case though, as there was no lift,, I would stay here again.

The winding stairs are not easy with luggage, but this was the only down side. Staff were attentive and breakfast was well organised and sufficient. I left my iPad in my room and the hotel managed to reunite me with it - even though they had to post it twice!!

There are no amenities. Once you check in you are asked for a city tax which is not made clear. The place is very small and has no elevator which is also not made clear. The pictures make the place look very big but it's not. The airport shuttle is a paid amenity and not always available. The room is very clean. The breakfast in the morning is not bad. The shower was difficult to adjust from very hot to cold. I could not get a steady stream of warm water throughout the entire shower. You have to ask at the front desk for them to turn on air conditioning otherwise you won't get it and they don't tell you this until you go down and ask how to turn it on. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. The area is not great. If you are there to shop this isn't the area for you. It is close to the train station which is why we picked it.

It wa pretty compact! The bed was comfy& we felt safe. The staff on the desk were helpful. No way of heating water for a coffee, not even a kettle, and there was some black mould in the shower, but the room was quiet and we slept well. The area can get a bit interesting after hours with lots of men on the streets, loitering and selling ?vapes, but once inside we were safe.

Great Location - Staff could be friendlier!

The location is indeed excellent and only a short walk from the Gare Du Nord and steps from Sacre Coeur. The staff were a little abrupt and although helpful were way to fast and always seemed too busy to want to help. It did come across as quite rude but it may be there personality. The hotel itself is very cramped and has really made the most of every square inch of the room that’s available..

The staff are very rude, the front desk staff rolled her eyes at me for asking about an extra charge they didn’t inform me of. The area around the hotel is dirty and dangerous and includes homeless sleeping. The room itself was renovated by someone who learned from a YouTube video. The floor in the room is filthy, there were hairs on my “clean” sheets. You can hear everyone walking and talking. Would not recommend.

Easy access for getting around, value for money

Hotel has nice decor, comfy beds and is in a handy location for the metro, or short walk to Sacre Coeur/ Montmartre. Staff were helpful with any queries. I can understand comments about the area from other guests, not the.nicest but not the worst. But it is less than 2 mins walk from Metro so no hanging about needed. Or for broader access Gare du Nord was only a 7 or 8 min walk. Hotel itself was nicer than others have stayed at in Paris, clearly given it a modern feel. Only issue was the weird shelf in the bedroom which meant I had to duck round it each time I got in and out of bed. And reference other comments, yes there are a lot of stairs but this is common in France - most of these types of buildings were created pre lift invention and have small staircases.

料金が安い、で選ぶなら問題無いと思う。しかし体験としては、とても良くない。まずホテルに入りづらかった。ホテルの隣りが黒人向け？の床屋で、店の前に何人もの黒人がたむろしていて恐怖感を感じた。ホテルの部屋に入っても、その黒人達が流してた音楽が聴こえてきて嫌な思いをした。 ホテルに関して言えば、エレベーターが無いので重い荷物を運ぶのは苦労する。部屋の中に入ると、シングルルームだったので部屋が狭いのはしょうがないが、シャワールームが想像以上に狭かった。シャワーの勢いは強くない。シャンプー兼ボディソープのアメニティは外国らしい癖のある匂いだった。 独立洗面台は無い。小さな蛇口とその受け口があるだけ。使いづらい。バスタオルはごわごわしてて不快だった。タオルをかける場所が無かった。トイレもとってつけたような扉で仕切られていて良い印象は無い。部屋に日光は入りづらい。階段を登ってくる人の声は丸聞こえ。唯一救いがあったとすれば、wifiがそこそこ速いくらい。後、エアコンが日本製だったのは安心したが、設定温度は変えられないようになっていた。部屋の掃除も完璧にはしてくれないので、期待しないこと。 部屋の扉の鍵口付近が傷付いていたのも、恐怖心を掻き立てられた。でも、私が泊まっていた期間も、フランス人の客もそこそこ入っていたので、オートロックということもあり、部屋に誰かが入ってくる心配はなさそう…。。 日本のビジネスホテルのレベルを期待すると、裏切られるので、安いという理由で決める以外の理由では、このホテルはお薦めしない。…安いと言っても1泊2万以上したが…。パリで快適に過ごすには1泊3万くらいはみておいた方が良い。ホテルが掲載してる写真は、嘘はついてないが、なかなかうまい具合に撮ったなと現地に行って気付かされた。

Chambre spacieuse , confortable et lumineuse avec la lumière traversante située au dernier étage sans ascenseur, on aperçoit le Sacré Cœur. Personnel très à l'écoute , de jour comme de nuit. Le petit déjeuner avec petit buffet à volonté et 1 viennoiserie propose du salé et du sucré est satisfaisant. L'hôtel est bien sécurisé , on s y sent bien , et la proximité du métro , et de Montmartre est très appréciable . Nous avions un concert à la Cigale , et nous avons pu y aller à pied et dîner et nous balader à Montmartre . Séjour très agréable dans Paris .
